Dr. Mark Schwartz is a leading American Psychotherapist and clinician, having spent nearly 20 years working along side the renowned Masters and Johnson, of the Masters and Johnson Institute, for which he was acting director for a number of years. Dr. Schwartz is passionate about early attachment and the effect of attachment disorders on the development of both process and substance addictions. Dr. Schwartz has traveled the world as a lecturer and industry leader, speaking to his years of research, findings, and hands-on learnings as a therapist. Dr. Schwartz recently opened Harmony Place Monterey and the Marriage Therapy Institute, both in Monterey, California, to service those suffering from addiction, chronic relapse and relational and familial issues of all kinds.
