Where is the location in Sebastian? What is the base price of this house? Can you install a pool with construction?
Hey Rebecca! There are some lots you can build a pool on, not sure which ones at the moment. The pool would have to be put in after you close on the house. Homes in this community are priced from 407,398 - $511,458. The location is great, Its about a half mile south west of Riverview park which is where Sebastian has many community events! Close to US 1 and Sebastian Blvd. Most new construction community's now are built further out. Let me know if you need anything else!

This home is in the Preserve at waterway village and its almost sold out so prices have gone up significantly as they finish the community. I believe this sells now for 600k.

Thanks Spencer! Location is very appealing, as are the lower costs for new construction. Any pool plans for the neighborhood? When you say there is dedicated boat and RV storage, where is that? Also, who is responsible for running all of the farm and growing areas? The website says owners can enjoy the produce, is that included or does that cost extra? Very intriguing, thanks! ❤

The homes look standard to me. All of the decor is extra $. There's nothing here to motivate anyone to sell their home and move to this specific property. I'm saying that their product is not differentiated from competitors. Just an opinion of course...everyone has their own preferences.
Beauty is truly in the eye of the beholder! I have clients who recently bought a new construction home with similar quality to those in the video. They were pleasantly surprised by the price-they expected it to be around $800k, but it was actually $450k. Where they're from, homes like this easily go for $800k+, so they felt they got an incredible deal, especially considering the proximity to the ocean. I really appreciate you sharing your thoughts and opinion. It’s always valuable to hear different perspectives, as it helps me better understand what potential buyers are looking for

Wondering about the cost of this home and how much land it has.
Starts at 499k and thats with the land included! Depending on what lot you get, there could be a lot premium, and then upgrades if you chose any. So it can get close to 550k pretty quick.

I love my Dr horton home, it was built by local contracting crews. Haven't had a client yet that didn't like their dr horton house in this area. Maybe you have bad local contractors?
@@LivingInSebastianAndVero maybe, the floors and stairs make noise and the fit and finish is horrific in my cousins, but I do come from a family of builders we just build in a different state then where my cousin lives.

Whole seal is bad. Cheap materials in that new construction. They'll spend 60k to build this house and sell for 300k. Old wood versus new wood
The one that shocked me was seeing all these like million dollar houses and they don't even put sheathing on the outside. They just stucco them

Nope! It was a small leak in the stucco, fixed it in about 2 mins, and they are coming to replace wood within the week :)
