The way I see it, I think this gym seems more targeted towards young adults/teens. I think if you were to add classes or equipment to appeal to older demographics, you could have a wider customer base and get access to good word of mouth marketing. Also (although I’m sure you have already looked into it), try to put classes on apps such as class pass and other fitness apps as such. In gyms, word of mouth is the best marketing strategy as people prefer to workout around/with people they know rather than around strangers.

I think it's badass yall started a gym. You're profitable at 6mo. Rome wasn't build in a day. I'd say ya'll are doing great. I hear most small business owners start out slowly. Most aren't even profitable.
