No-Fish Nick's Adventures

No-Fish Nick's Adventures

Real outdoor fun with No-Fish Nick and his team of adventure seekers. Majority of my videos are of fishing adventures because that is my passion. I love to fish and I like to try many different methods and tactics to do it. If you have a tip on how to do something in a better way please leave a comment. I'm always game to try new things.

Why the name No-Fish Nick? Because my fishing buddies gave me that handle after I returned from an outing without catching anything (it happens). I like to think of it as ironic like calling a really big guy tiny.

If you enjoy my videos please subscribe to my channel to see the latest adventures. Thank you

NFN out...

    How long of distance is it on your dipsey rigs from the dipsey to the fly? (Total length)

  • @NoFishNicksAdventures
    @NoFishNicksAdventures5 күн бұрын

    It varies. Wally likes about 7ft to the flasher. I usually run less than that on my wires if running meat rigs. Longer for spoons.

    Fishing my dipsy down and out 200ft. Large size. I'm finding that my dipsy flips or rolls causing a tangle and then it won't pop. Is it because I'm not using a snubber for walleye?

  • @bjd2090
    @bjd2090Ай бұрын

    Try cooking the fish skin side up for five to ten minutes, then pull or cut off the skin. Cut the mud off the meat, re-season if you'd like, and grill the un-grilled side. That step offers 360 degrees of char and crunchy goodness. You can try cutting the skin and mud off before grilling the fillet, but the skin helps hold the fillet together through the initial sear of the non-skin side. Thanks for sharing your experience. Best of luck on the water.

  • @NoFishNicksAdventures

    Ebay - Christmas tea lights that way you get red and green ones. Use velcro on the bottom of the light and on top of the planer board. www.ebay.com/itm/151444672130?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=yNyaN-G8TXW&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=8e6Y2eGjRUS&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY

    I wasn't jealous the whole video 10/10. I caught my first salmon this year it was a Atlantic salmon went for the rainbow run and had a good mix of Atlantic's always great feeling leaving with a limit of fish! Hoping for a nice king this fall off shore as I don't have the gear to down rig YET.
