No matter if you’re been called infertile or whatever, after reading Dobbie Nerkstrol's guide, I ended up pleasantly surprised. Within 60 days anyone can get pregnant, feeling the changes in your body the first few weeks. After go’ogling her I understood it's not a miracle kind of thing like the title suggests, but you can bet you'll boost your chances.

Nice propaganda. I heard "bullshit bullshit bullshit, take the medicine if you exercise, take the medicine first, don't stop taking the medicine, you need the medicine." From a doc wearing scrubs to a TV studio, probably gets a kick back for prescribing statins.

Soooo, don't take your blood thinners, good. Don't take your prescriptions, very good. Yeah, I realize he did not say stop taking them--but if you want to do something to PREVENT bruising or lesson it, ask a Nutritionist, not an MD, speaking generally of course.

My blood pressure was reading 160/105 in August. Fast forward 8 months later it’s consistently at 112/76. I completely changed my diet and slowly started being more active! That really helped a lot. Now that’s it’s more controlled I am able to eat a cheat meal here and there with no problem. 🙏🏻👍🏼 I also lost 25 pounds from the lifestyle change thus far !

Depends on how high your BP is I guess, if it’s just elevated (120’s/80’s numbers) exercising alone should fix it

Diet and exercise combined with intermittent fasting - worked for me - a year and a half ago I had a BMI of 29 and average blood pressure of 125/85. My BMI is now under 25 (has been for more than a year) and my blood pressure varies throughout the day from around 96/64 to 117/73. At 61 I feel great - I exercise every day - especially resistance work and my diet is made up of lots of salad veg combined with nuts, fish and high fat foods like nuts. Research undertaken with the Yanomamo in South America showed that their blood pressure didn't rise with age and suggests that western diet (high ins sodium and lots of simple carbs /sugar), plus high obesity levels are likely factors in why they do in westernised countries.

Some of these blood pressure medications can do great damage. Some can cause you to develop diabetes, for example. Exercise works. It's best to exercise and reduce or eliminate the med's.

Hello hero! How many catheters do you have to wear during Aqua Baem? I heard that two catheters must be used, one through the urethra and one through the abdomen into the bladder, is that true? If it is possible to use a catheter through the urethra?

Totally unexpected, feeling how it began to shrink and eventually disappear within 2 months was so liberating. I followed the steps I mentioned, and within the first 2 weeks the bloating was gone. I simply go'ogled Tilly Strankten's Ovarian Cyst Guide and it's like I hit the feel-good reset button lol.
