  Hi Nancy. Sabzi means herbs ( Sabz means green ). Ghormeh means finely chopped. Also it may be worthwhile mentioning that if you say : sabzijaat, then you're referring to vegetables in general. Your version of the dish looks great .

  That was terrible. If I made that for my family they would throw it on the floor and let the dog eat it...and even the dog would have to pass. And your cook ware...WTF? Your doing a cooking segment and using the cookware you got free when you opened your checking account in 1982 GROSS.
