When I cut out dairy, I didn’t have problems with pimples, bloating and having to use the bathroom. But I did notice that my nails felt weak when I would cut them. The tips would also be transparent rather than white like normal fingernails. My hair would also be limp. But when I drank milk again, my hair seemed thicker and stronger. My fingernails were white again at the tips and they were stronger. So there are pros and cons to drinking milk as an adult.

I love the frozen banana tip as I was cutting it in half. Your way also offers me an easier way to pop in two or three circles for a quick snack! Great content, and keep doing you! 👏

Loved your review, thank you! I ended up signing up and I agree with your comments about ATU mobile. Two other issues I’d like to mention about it-the way it’s set up is doing a particular exercise with an allotted amount of sets and reps. Next exercise is the associated stretch. The way it’s supposed to go is do one set of the exercise and then the stretch during your rest, then next set then stretch, etc. I only happen to know that because I heard him say it on another video. Other thing I don’t like is when you go to log your sets for the stretch (not the exercise I think), it will show what you logged from another day with no distinction. That bothers me. For diet- he has it laid out in his book Superhero nutrition, so I picked that up. I do think it is helpful though. I also log my food in an app to see what my calorie count is. Workouts take me an hour and I dont think they’re too grueling. It should be noted that there are no diet tips on the website. Oh and no way to log your cardio on the website. It all is very reasonable and I think anyone can do it. It’s not perfect there are inconsistencies or other issues but it is nice that it’s pretty laid out for a person without spending hundreds. I am not even a week in. Will see how it goes. Thank you for a great review!

You should check out the flavor enhancers and preservatives in that sauce you used on the salad it could of been 635 or 627, 631, yeast protein or hydrolysed vegetable protein or msg 621 and some have a E in front of them, they can cause a rash or hives.

The pre-chopped veggies don't last as long because they're, quite literally, older. They're made to be consumed quickly, preferably within 2 days. Not to mention, they also cost more. I do agree that's it's more cost effective to buy bulk, or buy whole fresh veggies and then prepare them at home.

Dude, it takes around 6 months to get gluten completely out of your system - I mean antibodies, all the inflammation related to it, it really takes a lot of time, so buckle up, cause that's a marathon, baby.

Bad advice to take it on the fall or winter. I started in the summer and my dermatologist advised this is the BEST time to take it because of the humidity. You are going to be so dry in the fall and winter and most people’s skin already fluctuates dryer than, you don’t need this on top of the accutane

Thanks for this video, so honest of you. I went to a dermatologist in 2019 but the health professional said she didnt think my skin was severe enough to get prescribed accutane. I disagreed but unfortunately it was out of my control. Its just mostly on the cheeks of one side of my face, but its the little scars it leaves behind, I wish to god there was a solution to it.

I am no doctor or a professional when it comes to skin but you should definitely get a second opinion! My dermatologist told me accutane can now be used to treat any kind of acne, not just severe. Everyone has their own professional opinion of course. I would see someone else and even ask about scarring treatments. Best of luck friend!
