  I recommend a sealant in case the plastic bags had chemicals or poisons or toxic heavy metals or battery acid or whatever clear coat resin or some poly eurothane should be fine to seal it over. then you could maybe polish it once every few years by spraying a water hose nozzle with a bottle of cleaning product polish or auto car polishes rated for 3-9 years high 9h or 10 hardness you can buy car wash products with it in there. do it for your entire house, if its scratch resistant and goes on thick or smeary smudgy and never seems to be streak free clear shine as it maybe needs heavy buffing power tools to apply you can maybe water dilute it and put a few drops of glass cleaner but it will disperse and go on easy at the cost of maybe halving the expected coating bond as its weaker. you dont want the glass cleaner turning the water too blue its a safety indicator of strength.

  I got really inspired by this video. I want to start a plastic waste management program in our small community here in the Philippines. As a beginner may I know what are the things I should do first to start the project. My initial plan is to make wall bricks that can be use to build a simple houses for the community by using the plastic waste scattered everywhere. Thank you.

  I would use cow dang and charcoal dust. I wouldn't add maize flour. Cow poop smells, but there are ways to get rid of it.
