  2:01 Wouldn't he benefit from exercise such as hip thrust that focus on the shortened position of the glutes in order to improve his lockout which is clearly where he lacks strength.

  Axel 130 kg a ciężko jakoś czołówka robi 180 kg nawet 190 a hooper ponad 200 robił. Martwy 380 kg ciężko wymęczone a czołówka robi grubo ponad 400. Musi sie Mateusz mocno spiąć bo inaczej jsk patrząc co wyprawiają Thor,Hooper,Licis,Stoltman to ciezko z nimi będzie a jeszcze singelton jest tez mocny bardzo no i Oskar statycznie też widzę ładnie.

  @@mieczysawmietki4053 Też tak myślę ale tylko wtedy jak głowa u Mateusza jest już odblokowana po tych ciężkich kontuzjach i przebojach z operacjami. No i moim zdaniem waga powinna być większa jak u Mateusza tak i Oskara w granicach 170 kg.

  @@Jebakaa nie wiem z kiedy jest ten filmik, ale jest inny gdzie Mateusz ciśnie na Axlu 195 kg i nie pochodzi z przed lat. Już odnosił sie do swojej wagi taka jaka ma jest dla niego najlepsza.

  Yea, it would be enough if he could pull like 420-430kg. 6th or 7th place in deadlift for him would be awesome, but i think that he still can win this arnold, cause we have a lot of good competitors and they will thief points between yourself and if Kieliszkowski will win 3 events and in axle he will be in top3 then i can see that he wins arnold.

  Hope they do stone to shoulder! Not sand bag!!! Sure the sand bag is heavy but… its not a solid object digging into you or an awkward shape, to many people will easily lift it not much of a challenge compared to the stone

  Looks amazing at everything besides the deadlift. Lol maybe Kieliszkowski has a chance of not coming last on the deadlift event. On a serious note, Oscar and Maxime will probably come between a lot of the frontrunners in some events and really upset the points. I think you are going to have to be top 2, maybe 3 on 4 of the 5 events to have a chance at winning this year.

  Potezna moc Oskar. A jakbys przy belce przy wyrzucie robil nozyce, podobnie jak to robi Novikow czy Hooper. Zauwaz ze im to duzo pomaga. Pozdrawiam
