Thanks for visiting my channel. Over the years I have written lots of songs and it has been a pleasure sharing them on KZread. I have played the guitar for years but bought a Ukulele a few years ago and am really enjoying it. I have also added some slide shows of various parts of the world I have been fortunate enough to visit and photograph.
I grew up in Cape Town, in the shadow of Table Mountain. We left there in 1988 and went to live, near Bath, in the UK for two years. We settled in Sydney in 1990 - no regrets.

A jain not a jane. :( "Jain·ism [ˈdʒeɪnɪz(ə)m] NOUN a non-theistic religion founded in India in the 6th century bc as a reaction against the teachings of orthodox Brahmanism, and still practised there. The Jain religion teaches salvation by perfection through successive lives, and non-injury to living creatures, and is noted for its ascetics. See also Svetambara and Digambara."

Why 15k????? Whyyy.?????
Beautiful work on the double tracking, Rob. I play this wonderful tune on the uke myself and that's a good call to use E7. Easier than the E and sounds better than E in that spot too.
Beautiful voice, reminded me a bit on Iain Matthews, and nicely work on guitar and uke.
very nice interpretation and VERY easy chords, thanks
Very nice cats in the cradle cover... Great voice and acoustic play. I uploaded this cover myself a few months ago.. great Harry Chapin classic and fun to play... Take care, Steve
