About mud, can you compare these tires with some other MT tires if you tried them in the mud... Currently i have Cooper STT PROs and I am interested in Geolandar. Everyone says they look great on 4x4 rides.

Worth letting tyres down for these tracks or not really needed?

Thanks for sharing :) it was videos like this that gave me confidence enough to try these tracks for my first off-road trip. I have the 3.2L BT50, and was not sure if I should be using 4H or 4L on these tracks. What did you use? I found the north and western side of the Mt Mee Forest drive loop, heading anticlockwise, really really steep in some areas.

You can do it all in 4h but it is probably a bit nicer to your car to change down for the steeper, slower bits. CY Break, Oaky Break, Rods Yards Break, A Break and Houleys Hill Break are definitely the more interesting tracks and can all be seen on Google Maps. All tracks can be done in a stock 4x4, great for getting started.

@@my19ranger76 Thanks! Okay I'll use 4H for most of it, and save 4L for the near-vertical inclines or slow crawl sections. I'll give those tracks you mentioned a try - hopefully this week if weather holds up.

I had a set on my old car and I loved them. I got up that second go, a twin locked cruiser on Mickey T 35’s took a lot more than that.

Completely missed the entrance yesterday, for A Break. Assuming it’s before the Gantry on the left coming up from Dayboro. We just went for a run through from gantry, bulls falls and rocky hole. Had a fun day, came out the Woodford end. Looks like some tracks to have a go at.

I come in via Mount Brisbane Road with the entrance being Chambers road. This way you access A Break from the southern end and travel North towards the Gantry. Depending on which way you are driving through Dayboro either head straight at the pub instead of turning right down the Main Street or turn right if you have just come along the Main Street.

I’ve been wanting to do this in my wildtrak. But man so unsure. These roads look good but learnt my lesson last time here. You make it look easy...

Go for it, if any of the roads deteriorate too much National Parks shut them down for maintenance. As long as you stay out of the bog holes you shouldn’t find anything you can’t get past second try with your locker engaged.
