Breast growth for trans women really depends on when you start transitioning! The best that can be achieved after puberty starts is a B cup! You can achieve that if you start at a young age!

I came out at 40, started HRT at 41, and have been on them for 18 months now, and they're a solid B-cup now. I think progesterone really improved everything in terms of getting a better rounder fuller shape, so to those starting out, try to get on progesterone as soon as possible. I think my biggest point of grief is that I wish they grew closer together. I know that's just a problem of having a wide torso and ribs that went through puberty, and has been affected by all those years of growing and being shaped by testosterone, but I do want breast augmentation in the near future, so was wondering if that's something I can talk to my surgeon about.

HRT 1.5 years had the orchie done 7/23, srs in 6 weeks 7/9/24 went from sub A cup to 42 B im very close to a C should be at the 2 year mark. sitting at 42B-34W-45H @ 5'9 180 8mg estradiol and 100mg prog daly

Statically a male to female will be a cup size smaller than their mother. Say your mom was a 38 F you would be a 36 or 38 C.

As a guy that finds trans women attractive in most stages of transition (in addition to "normal" women) i think you look very nice and your voice is also quite nice. I wouldn't be disappointed at all in what the medication has resulted in. I know everyone has what they'd prefer for themselves but you should feel good.

I as a man have been on injectable estradiol valerate for over 12 years and now my bra size is 40DD. I present like a woman as I wear dresses and have hair below my shoulders but have a voice approaching basso profundo as I sing second bass in my church choir. My paternal grandmother had enormous breasts and my father had gynecomastia. It's fun to play mind games as I look like a woman and yet have a deep masculine voice. John
