I would like to use watch roll but my bracelet watches are very small because I have small wrist. Then I cant lock watch on pillow.. Any suggestions?

pillow size comparison was super helpful. Thanks I had to return the mirage because my bracelet watches were way too tight on their pillows

My issue with some rolls is they aren’t tall enough so the lid rests on top of the watches, whilst that’s ok if the roll just sits on the surface and isn’t moved, once it’s in a bag and is being moved the friction between the watch and the inside of the lid will over time damage the watch.

less about that and more about the impact, if there is enough space between the watch head and the outer surface it would be more protected from impact

For a 6.25 inch wrist which cushion would be best so the bracket does not stretch to much.

Bennett Winch watch roll is simply the best (if not a tad pricy) ;) Delugs have made a copy of it but the quality isn't as good (I have both)

I had seen the Rake review for Bennett Winch. Definitely a nice one and quality seemed robust. Price was high and sold out when I went to look though. In retrospect, if I had seen my own review in the future, I may have skipped the Delugs

I don’t like that Bennett Winch uses the style of Watch roll which does not allow individual watches to be removed without removing the whole thing
@OBWAT8 ай бұрын
@@KLucero22 That is one downside of the bennett winch. Although I now have the single watch roll from bennett winch and absolutely love it. It is the most useful for travelling as I only take one watch with me

@@newbiewatchcollector I'm enjoying it a lot. I love how unique it is, that it's recognisably Ming and also quite different from other divers. It wears well, very comfortable on the rubber strap. The lume is awesome, perhaps a little weak on the bezel but nice and strong on the dial and hands. A few things about it I might like to be different - A 1 minute marker on the bezel. - I'd prefer a deployant to a pin buckle. That said, the pin buckle is really nice - i like that it's sort of open on the sides. - I'd like it if it were a couple of mm thinner, though I appreciate for a 1000m diver it's impressive to get it as thin and small as it is. Maybe a model with a 300m depth rating? - The movement. It's expensive for a watch with an ETA 2824. Obviously I'd prefer a 2892. Also that might help to make it a touch thinner. - I'd like it if they did a DLC version of the universal bracelet. Not sure how feasible that is though - how durable is the coating when exposed to the sort of friction you'd get with bracelet links? - I'd also like it if it had a matt finish all over - I think with the bare metal version the shiny sides and buckle are nice, not as keen with the DLC. To be honest I'm really nit picking here, none of these things really detract from my enjoyment of the piece.

Congrats and thanks for sharing!! It’s a killer watch, the dlc with a brown leather looks pretty sweet too. I’d love to get your thoughts on the timing bezel since it’s so unique. Sure it’s not like other diver bezels, but it really has its own personality to it.
