Hi, could I say the patent will be most likely to be granted if it goes to the publication? I mean as long as there's no objection, then you should get a pass?

Publication and grant of patent are different things. After publication examination of patent application happens, and then office action decides the fate of it

hello. I applied for utility patent in turkey. I want to sell in US too. So my question is can this application protects my product in US for one year? can anyone else register my invention in US or other countries in this 12 months before I do pct? Idk if those informations do matter but: My company is EU company, I registered design patent both in turkey and in EU and I already started selling in EU through amazon. btw your videos are really informative. thx so much.

Also are there any risks or challenges that I should be aware of as I navigate the patent application process, and how can I mitigate these risks to protect my patent?

Thank you for sharing! If I simply replicate how a 'Granted' patent is structured clearly by law into my own technical details should it work?

That was excellent, by far the best, and most informative video I have seen. Well done. I have a few questions. First, is it worth paying for the "express service" when applying for a US patent, and, if so, how much time does it save? Thanks.

Hello I have an idea to improve recycling process and can be implemented nationwide if not world wide. It’s a process that would implement existing technology to improve recycling process. Is it logical to try to patent something like this and can it even be patented?

Patenting for sure, the company you take it to can and probably would depending on the company just copy it and patent it themselves.

Hey I have a question, why was there so many broken sentences in this video? Did you all even use a grammar check on the script for this video? The grammar is horrendously incorrect, and it sounds like a bad AI made this video. Its a good video that teaches about Patent law in the US, but maybe try to make the sentences more coherent next time.

Well, I mean, the idea is that whatever you're patenting you're going to actually try to sell eventually, thereby making the cost of patenting something, and having exclusive rights to it, worth while. That's why patents are typically filed by businesses. If you don't intend to sell whatever you're patenting, then you probably shouldn't be bothering patenting it.
