You guys went over to Falls Bridge also, btw the reason why that lady was in the middle of the road is because on the weekends they close it off from traffic for people to walk and bike ride. The kid you sold the battery to he’s amazing. He also ride with the Philly e riders they ride every Monday night. I’m a EUC Ryder and if you ever wanna learn, I’ll teach you just come to Philly.

@@I-d-gf for the speed controller yes. But you just use the existing bolts and hardware that was originally on the bike

Its a 48 volt. Goess from around 40 to 54.6 volts depending on the 48v battery charge
@@crazybiker1013 48v = 12 cells in series. 12x4.2 (voltage per cell at max charge) = 50.4 52v = 13 cells in series. 13x4.2 (voltage per cell at max voltage) = 54.6V That is the difference between the two

16 inch rims 16x1.85 Tire size: Superwide 16x90/100 And yes I believe they are dished

how many nickle strip layers do you use
2 or 1 with copper strips. I prefer copper strips. At this time it was a 3 month wait or pay 100$ for copper strips while they were really priced at 25-30$

Believe it or not there’s so many migrants that the cops are wayyy more lax on e bikes and stuff. Dirt bikes and quads still catch a lil activity but for the most part they don’t really mess with us

im in nyc wiith a surron, im wondering what is the best way to lock it up in the city without risk of it getting stolen and im fine riding in high temperatures?
I use an active tracker(no air tag) it’s called Invoxia and I can be far away from it and I can still monitor its location. Heavy duty locks and steel cables are always a good combo. And unless it like 110 degrees outside you should be fine. My battery does heat up when it’s above 90 degrees out

So did someone take their giant battery out and carry it with them so it wouldn't get stolen! Everyone is on the boat because they don't have their own boat. How would this master thief have gotten away? It's a big ass battery. If it was a spare and you all had a spare then ok...maybe? Please make me understand. I think I need a diagram. Give your friend a crayon(make sure he doesn't eat it)and have him draw me a diagram of how this crime, this oddly specific battery theft would have gone down. lol Now that is the best part of the video and I bet a lot of people don't even notice that. I just didn’t want it banging around or shorting out cause of water or any randomness. It was never about theft. We were on a boat in the middle of the bay
@@mikeyyywill Sometimes they make you put them outside like that, they do that in case your battery catches on fire. You know, so everyone doesn't suffocate on the fumes. Some captains won't even let you on with one of those. I've seen people in another video turned away in NY. I did not know that was a thing that could happen.. The safest place for that battery is in your bike. You are riding wheelies all over the place, you know you wreck sometimes, and your battery is just fine. I just noticed your shoes. Those are fresh as hell.

Hey Mikeyyywill, before you finish the rough-in, try to see if you can run a couple of 3/4 pvc pipe(s) under the left side of the bed frame and if you ever need to run any other wires in the future and its just cheap for a couple of pieces YOU GOT IT!!! Liked#2 N Subscribed !!!
That’s a good idea!! I have wire covers but I didn’t get a chance to put them on. I wanted to get a lot of main pieces mounted or just staged for a minute. I like your idea better though!!! Thanks again for the help
