Most videos are time lapses. This way I can show you most elements without you having to watch for days. This also means that the video has no original sound. Therefor I put together playlists from the tracks available here on KZread or epidemicsound.com. If it's not your jam, you'r welcome to mute and watch with your own favorite playlist.

I see no reason to remove the dirt from the road at first, just put the stones on top. The plastic is useless and is only a money maker for the guy doing the work.
Ciekawa perspektywa 😊❤
Mur wyszedł Ci ładnie, tak naturalnie 😊
Świetna robota, ładnie to wygłaskałeś 😊
Świetna robota 😊
Why didn’t you use the paper on the last 100 yards of road because it looked really soft, I worked construction for thirty some years and we always it the paper down to stabilize the surface before covering with 407 or whatever customer wanted.
zapraszam do siebie👍
Great job, well done, greetings from Italy,

"Promo SM" 😘
Great skill displayed placing them stones 👌
He is back ! I have to say I missed your videos.
He's back!

Hi. What manufacturer is this swivel head. I am from Poland and I have such a Mecalac but I can't buy a rotary head at home.
I am pretty sure its a rototilt brand head on this machine. I think that steelwrist has retailers in your country, and i would be surprised if rototilt and engcon don't also.
Do you have any experience operating the Mecalac MWR wheeled excavators? If so, what do you like about the 12mtx over something like the 11mwr?
Hi, Im sorry but I have never tried the MWR machines. They seem to be great tho =)
Bonjour je viens vers vous pour un renseignement, j ai une mecalac 12 mxt comme vous , pourriez vous m indiquer quel model de rototilte ou engcom utilisez vous et si votre mecalac a un contre poid supplémentaire merci
Hi, I have an engcon ec214 tiltrotator and the extra heavy counterweight on my machine. I wouldn't have a smaller tiltrotator though as it is a very strong machine. I don't think a smaller model will last..

Super robota👍
I think YOU made a mistake........You should have completely filled in the GAPS on both sides of the NEW PIPE with GRAVEL , INSTEAD of laying those large rocks DIRECTLY ON TOP OF THE NEW PIPE ! WHY......Because , NOW when heavy vehicles drive over the rocks , their weight is DIRECTLY Pressing on the NEW PIPE .......NOT GOOD !!!! MY way , the weight would have supported BY the gravel INstead OF the rocks !!! THINK ABOUT IT !!!!
Hi Joe, Thanks for your input! But as you can se in the video, I just put the large rocks on the pipe to keep it in place in the stream while I fill the gaps and around the pipe with gravel. After the pipe is set and fixed in position I move the rocks and use them in the wall on each side of the road. The gravel is compacted and takes up the bigger part of the load 😁👍
@@rasmushammarlof1164 Great ! I quit watching too early !
one man one machine = construction company WOW
How reliable has the mecalac been? I like the concept but you don't see many in the uk
Must say I’m happy with it, have almost 9000 hours in this one and it runs great! 😁
Nice to see a video of someone who can actually operate. Well done and I must say I would love to have one of those machines. So much more versatility than my tractor w/backhoe.
Thanks! Yes, I really like this machine 👍
А как тут кирпичи держатся ? У них нет ни связи как в лего ни раствора ?
У него они внизу
What brand is this?
Its called Holms sweeper
Awesome operator
Шикарный тандем. С уважением к вам простой российский пенсионер. Желаю всем здоровья мира и добра.
Whats the top travelling speed? Thanks
On this, 32 km/h. But the MWRs are a bit quicker I think :)
Yes ive been trying to find a genuine mecalac youtube channel, im trying to compare between the takeuchi hitachi and mecalac, have you driven any of the others? Thanks 🇬🇧
Hi, It’s hard to compare, it’s really different machines. I’ve been on Volvos, cat, case hitachi and others, but the mecalac is the best if u are a lot in tight sites, that’s where it shine 😁
Curious why you just didn’t shoot right into the opening rather than bucket and shovel using the excavator ?
Honestly, because it was a rookie concrete operator 🤷♂️
Wow u do good work. In the USA they would put that job off for a month waiting for it to dry out
That wall looks great!! What is the size of the stone you are using on the back side, and can I assume correctly that it is for drainage??
Thanks! The stone is about 90mm stone, it’s used for drainage and to prevent the frost to push over the wall
Great video thanks!
Nice 👍😉👌
Nice
Hello, great video 👍 what are the benefits of mecalac mtr if you compare it to mecalac mwr?
Thanks, I would say the wheel loader mode, it allows us to use the machine to so much more than just digging 😁
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👌
I was hoping that you will listen to us to reduce the speed of the videos but its not happening so i guess i have to unsubscribe from this channel. Cheers
Do you know the name of the artist who sings the song??? Great soundtrack!!
👍👍👍👍👍
This is taking too long!
I have just discovered your channel. You are definitely a pro in road construction and of handling that machine. May a suggest you play your videos in normal speed. You have very good content to watch but it is difficult to follow you on high speed. You did an excellent job on fixing the road
Thanks! Appreciate the feedback 😁
Very nice piece of equipment. I’ve noticed the equipment overseas is about 4 to 5 years ahead of ours here in the states. Just like the tilt rotator has been used in Europe for many years it’s just now available to us at dealerships without having to order from over seas as a special order. It’s crazy how behind we are. We do things very different though. On a job like that I would have had a track skidsteer with a dozer blade for the cut then tailgate the material in starting from one end then completing at other. 1000 feet in same conditions around 4-5 hours depending on how many trucks are hauling to me.
You are right! As u say we have been using the tiltrotators for over 30 years, they are as standard as it gets over here. At the same time you can hardly find any skidsteers at all in Sweden. So as you say, is really different :) I agree l, the best would be to tailgate spread it with the truck, but as it was really heavy rain I was afraid the truck would get stuck in the slippery mud. It really doesn’t show, but it’s all a long slope uphill :)
How many days would u have just getting all your equipment to job site?
@@randywilson6869 haha, it’s actually just one trip! We always have the trailer behind the machine and all the necessary tools fit in there! The machine runs at about 32km/h so we drive it to the different sites 👍
I think you are having too much fun :)
Гениально!!!!👍👍👍👍
👍👍👍
