Lol nice
Your guys media team is amazing, and I think it rivals some of the top teams in the world!! And also, just wanna say the amount of improvement this team has shown since last years game is incredible. Not to say last years robot wasn’t great but this year seems like you guys made a massive jump in build quality, technology, and actual practical design. 👏👏👏 ❤from 2783
Thank you! Last year, we went with a fun and whimsical design because we focused on Rookie award submissions and essays. This year, we have been fortunate with the skill and talent from our grade 11s and 12s. Our director & editor is new to the team as of February, and I run the KZread channel as lead Mentor. I'm wildly impressed with the progress as well, and look forward to what we can achieve next season. Thank you for the kind words! We look forward to meeting your team someday at worlds.
@@CriticalCircuits you guys too! Next year is the goal but we’ll see you there
Yes it can drive into walls
Exactly 💯
Nice
Just seeing the kind of people who go to that😂😂😂 wow
heavyweight sumobots?
Yep!
Thats so cool!
Thank you!!
Good example of ideas that look good on paper.
Absolutely, glue wheels makes sense until you go to move it anywhere or clean it
@@CriticalCircuits ^ 💯😂
RC?
Yep!
Very fun and cute, I love it! BTW, title should probably say “leaving” a robotics field 😊
True, didn't actually catch that until you printed it out! Thank you 👍
Not a win
Needs 2 pivot points since you have 3 axels

Why is there a ticket controlleur in the background ?
Wdym?
Is that….. hacksmith
Yep!
Bro hacksmith made this battlbots to show off the AI skills
Lovely! Spinnnn!- sorry I haven’t commented much lately, my life has been exceedingly busy😅😁
No worries, nice to see you back in the comments!
amazing
Biraz daha geliştirebilirsiniz
Can confirm this happened often to us at Worlds
I wonder about maybe putting the the middle set of wheels on a raises surface and connecting them to spirgs. Allowing them to basicly float while still being able to push ground beneath them like a cars suspension.
Cool idea!
MARTINEZ IS THE GOAT

How many motors did u guys use to mover ur arm
We used 1 neo vortex on a ~180:1 reduction to the arm.
haha I got that joke
but WHAT EVEN IS THAT-
Ring tossing robot (shoots foam rings at 100 ft/s)
Media team had the oven set on low broil. But damn they cooked.
Yeah we have that slow cooker heat 🔥
😂 running might be wise. Lol
Media team was cooking
Ty!
Fantastic as always
Thank you!
Dope lighting 😊
Thank you!

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
is never too late
Is the Stl file available? my team and I wanna test these
We are working on that, and will post on CD when we're satisfied with the results.
The sound of cube intake brings me joy
Does the ender 3 tend to handle tpu fairly well? I've been wanting to pick some up for a few projects
It works alright, other printers are superior out of the box but we recommend a BL kit and a direct extruder for anything around 95A TPU or softer.
@@CriticalCircuits I thankfully have a Blkit 😎
Sweet! You guys have always used 3d printer wheels as well?
No, we switched to this method about a week after our season ended. It has convinced us to further develop some treads of different durometers and test them!
@@CriticalCircuits nice!! What did you guys use on your crescendo bot?
Started off with colsons, then swapped to griplock V2s for DCMP.
You should check out “Demine Robotics” (Google it) which I believe was started by a member of one of the Waterloo teams (DAVE?). I’m not sure if it’s still a functioning organization or not but it was cool when I read about it. I like to think they still are around and will be able to help with the demining of the Ukrainian country when there is peace in there again.
That's so cool! I'll have to check it out
What?
Maurice is our Roomba. Hope this helps
What is that robot for?
I’m not sure, but it looks like one the drivetrains they would use for Stronghold
@@tecsupport862 I thought so too but it says “45 year robotics problem” so idk
@@tecsupport862plus this team was made after stronghold
This robot is a 1979 police defusal robot, used by Toronto PD when it was new. The robot had a large arm for moving packages into safe boxes for defusal, as well as a camera for scouting issues with said packages.
@@CriticalCircuits oh that’s cool
Robots! 😊 good week.
pobots
Yes, it is a totally believable application. A remotely controlled drone that can aim at anything with pinpoint accuracy is definitely only going to be used for taking pictures and video.
We are a classroom channel, that is exactly what the application is
@CriticalCircuits I'm not saying that it is YOUR intention to use it for anything else. But in the hands of the public, I personally think the drone would be modified for other purposes. That sounds doom and gloomy because it is. I just don't trust people with this kind of technology.
hence why education about technology is important -- it's what we're here for
wished if i could slap a rifle on there...
I’m calling it here there’s going to be paparazzi drones with ai that tracks a celebrity’s location via their social media or any relevant sightings posts about them.
Very nice! I compete in VRC and these (along with holonomic drives) are very rare to see.
Thank you!
I really want one with an machine gun instead of a camera .
Why is someone knocking on my door
Calm down, US military
Cool!
Citrus Circuits #1

Hi I'm a software dev in 6738 and I followed you guys from the beginning of this season and your team is just getting better and better at a very fast rate, I'm sure you will do great next season
Thank you so much!! We watched a few of your matches when ISR 1 and 3 were on, to learn about the meta for the game.
How much
Paparazzi is not for sale, sorry! It is a student project :)
@@CriticalCircuits thats what student projects are all about, Gatorade was a student project.
