Thanks. It was a Chrysler Pacifica minivan, and I remember it handling well in the snowy conditions of ND & MN. I don't remember what tires it had though.

I have always heard about the horrible traffic through Atlanta, but you made it seem so easy to drive through there. And it was during the rush hour! Kudos to you and your great driving.

I think theirs a few select people who have done this. Me and my friend just completed this journey from Philly. He moved out there, we drove to tukwila. What an experience. I assume you didn’t drive straight thru? I think we got it done in about 3-4 days with stops

I did this over 3.5 days, mainly because I had a limited amount of time that I could take off. I left on a Thursday morning, got to Seattle that Sunday afternoon and flew back to DC that afternoon.

I agree. I hadn't prepared for the windshield wiper fluid freezing up on my, making visibility difficult the whole rest of the trip. Lessons learned. I won't be doing any more winter road trip in the northern part of the continent anymore.
