Good tier list overall. But I would bump Fairies and Beast up to B tier. And push Cyberse and Fiend up to S tier. Push Aqua down to D. And bump Illusion up to maybe to upper C or lower B tier if you account for what is out so far.
I wouldn't change cyberse or fiend. Fiend hasn't done really anything until recently. However, fairy I had a total brain fart about and forgot all the good archetypes from it. Things like ishizu, and heralds.
Fairy is at least b, despia, drytron¿, ishizus, heralds, and dont forget the best deck darklords

if made it from beginner 2 to 1 you can open a n or r ticket (this will equal the tickets you get after a duel in md) but if you go from beginner to something higher you can open a pack of a box (maybe one you already opened) and a sr or ur ticket
If you get 5 losses in a row you should be able to get a pack of the ultimate rising

I don't think cards like Heavy Storm or Duster being at 1 are actually problems cuz they're bricks going 1st. Not many ppl run much backrow removal anyways and these are mostly side deck cards which are not ideal in a best of 1 format. Unchained can run it, but it is also a deck that plays very poorly into Maxx C. Verte is legal, but Dragoon is banned removing the easy omninegate by generating 2 bodies. And the reason why Ido+Gimmick Puppet Nightmare are used is cuz they're easy dumps off Granguinol into the grave. If you use Jowgen or some of the other cards, the lines you have to take off Branded Fusion are much more suboptimal. That said, the deck is already nerfed in MD so I don't get hitting it more.

I’m admitting I switched to blind second Horus and did phenomenally better than I did going first w any deck
I must suck at the game cuz the moment I switched off purrely I started getting wins. The amount of Kaijus, Golems, Evenly, and stuff was rough

Cenure-ion need more monster sup like maybe lvl 2 tuner centur-ion monster that can be special summon from hand if there a another centur-ton on the field or a lvl 8 synchro centur-ton monster that can return or remove card 1 card on the field when it summon

Centur-ion gives me the same "Smoking a joint in the designers room" energy that Kozmo does. "What if we took Gurren Lagaan, but it's the Roman military and everybody is a bunny girl."
We despreatly need more lvl12 synchros for them, That can actually do something.
