Thank you for your comment. We are happy to hear you learned more about All-Fill and our equipment!
We had the dual head fillers. The lifts worked great. When you use the lifts you fill from the bottom up it keeps dust from getting on the threads of the container or the neck of container. Everything running really smooth and clean. I never saw the worm gear feeding the containers like that which we didn’t have for our fillers. We used the vibration intermittent or full. I liked the intermittent, fill in station. If we needed a twin shot fill to make wt it was good so excess dust wouldn’t stay on jars. Sometime a vacuum recovery to take the dust away. These fillers are great they can put 10lb of prouduct in a 5lb jar
The piece of equipment at 1:02 to stop the bottles moving what is it called? Is it a solenoid actuator?
I installed static eliminators on our fillers to help eliminate dusting on the necks of the containers. I never had ones as nice as these. The price was a bit too high, so I used ones that I used for our auto-gluers ( prevent glue splatters on compact mirrors ). I don’t understand though why using such a small auger on such a large orifice jar. This could be filled with a one shot single head fill. That means less to clean and sanitize during shade change. A pleasure to watch this run clean and smooth
I used to do this alignment constantly. There are certain parts you don’t mess with when you have a shade change. I just couldn’t get it to sink in with the newer guys. You’d have the slow speed agitator scraping the inside of hopper. The auger would be squealing metal on metal in the funnel. The shaft height would be either too high and improper fills OR too low in the funnel and eat the lip out of the funnel. I dreaded leaving these changes for next shift. It would be down in a.m..The straight augers would be bent, broken, metal shavings all over the place. These fillers are gorgeous and a pleasure to run when they are well taken care of
I’m kinda Leary on the ring for the hopper. I’m afraid pop it would get bent with constant shade changes.
We used to fill poly bag refills like this due to there was no way to get a fluffy bag to ride down the fillers chain link or plastic conveyor belt. It also wouldn’t transfer over the check weigher. They were usually small orders anyway. Sometimes the components were so small the indexing pins were taller than the component itself. Working on the fillers was great especially when running pilots. I loved working with customers. The only time it wasn’t so hot was when they’d bring maybe 5 kilos of bulk and want to hold a one gram + or -. I never could get it through our managements head you roughly need around 1/2 a hopper full to see how the bulk holds up. Whether there is too much air or binder in the bulk. With bath grains you’d have 3 different densities in barrel. Top = dry, middle = moist and bottom like a rock. They just didn’t understand the weight variance funny though I still miss it
Good

Thanks
How much please
These fill nice when filling a single container. How accurate are they if and when being used at a line speed of at least 20-35 ppm ? We had the filler operator loading containers on the fillers chain belt indexing into the filling station, filling the hopper/hoppers. manually Sometimes we had to use a twin head fill due to the wt needed in the jar and the bulk basically mostly air instead of substance. We needed vibration sometime constant or intermittent. Do the hoppers need to be kept at the same level to achieve a consistent wt ? Is there an up and down adjustment so as to adjust the auger height just above the funnel lip ? We couldn’t use the auto bulk delivery for the hoppers because on a shade change it took too long to clean and sanitize. If I were a customer I’d go with the upgrade servo system. No more worries on the clutches clutch gaps. We had two fillers with twin heads servo equipped. You could make simple rpm adj to fill many types of powder densities. If there is a reverse🎉😅 turns for the auger shaft in the program buy these fillers. This will drive any excess powder between the auger tip and lip on funnel back up resulting in no dripping or dusting on container shoulder. These look like really great fillers and great service staff. Years ago I was approached by a filler manufacturer to be a service tech but my kids were small and didn’t want to uproot. I should’ve done it.
