If going to pay w debit card, try to use cash instead. If any funny business with theft at pumps, bank will be slow to move on debit account. However, if you use credit, it's the banks "money" and they may move quicker to get it back. Sounds like that gas station not in a hurry to fix card reader as its making them more $$ and showing more CC sales. Cash is king.

Never anyone using them, just like the bike rentals that sit and rot unused at Ponquogue beach and the post office parking lot. These Tesla stations are already falling apart with parts on the ground. Also, I have yet to see a cybertruck in person.

looks like a good way to keep battery topped up. Will the complex allow this for long term? How is your cover holding up? I have a Downco for last two years, junk, as mold has been growing underneath it. I am going to see if Downco will honor its lifetime warranty

Bought one Just like that one for $1800 when I was 16 (1990) and it had 57,000 on it. Only ran out of gas Once.. Wish it had a Fuel Gauge. Traded it for a Motor Home in 1999 and got $2500 for it. Just got another one 3/25/2022 with only 28,000 on it for $2200 but it does need a Valve job/Adjustment but can be driven as is. Came with a Front Cowl, Not attached, and someone made it HD style exhaust.. I got on it after all these years and Daaaammmmmmnnnnn it felt Soooooooo goood to be back on it. UPDATE: Just a Week after having it, Engine Went to Shite! and could barely move itself under it's own power. Just got it back a 2 Years Later after shop put in a New Engine and went over it and the Carbs and and and... Just under $5,000 into restoring it. Got home and my right leg was Wet... Oil! Sprayed Oil Everywhere... Have to take it back... YEA!

Happy New Year! I have driven on that road many times and never knew there is an apt complex. Affordable rents are one of the many NY problems facing Long Islanders. Its a reason many people leave the Island. You should consider looking for a rental in Mastic- Shirley area, at least no one to tell you what vehicle you can and cant park. Yes, Tesla didn't count on the silence of the car causing an issue with wild life

Keep us posted on your house hunting. Some places don't want electric vehicles parked close to dwellings due to "fire" hazard of EV's. Mostly Range Rovers.

The rental market in Long Island is crazy with very high rents. Not to mention the electric and water bills. You may have to consider looking for a place more west, like Patchogue, or Mastic Shirley. The places out East seem to be a Oct to end of May terms. Good luck with the house search.

Wow, that sucks about your housing. Long Island is very short in affordable rentals. You might want to consider buying a mobile home in a 55 YO + community or leaving LI and moving to a more affordable state like PA. Good luck in your search.

I know a few riders that didn't like it when Arnold came out with a box to test the brightness of their head light. The bikes were not old. Is he doing a dbs sound test for the exhaust? Most people in Mastics/Moriches area are using Shirley Autobody as they have been doing inspections for a few years now that Sal of Mastic Beach retired and moved down south.

Is the car using your home internet/ cell phone signal for the internet connection? A Sirius XM radio maybe a better choice. I have an older car unit that needs to be upgraded. I use my cellphone or laptop at home and a wifi speaker at home to access my XM account

If it says”Universal” 9 times outta 10 it isn’t lol. I got a Tall Boy seat for my 23 Freewheeler that was fit just for that trike. For your seat did it “say” fits Freewheeler? If the seller has returns you should be ok, if not you’ll likely have to sell it private. Good luck.

Seat looks nice. People should always read the fine print, especially in the scummy world of motor vehicle sales. GM now trying to increase current truck sales by temporary closing a plant in Mexico to cause a product shortage. They are using chain supply as excuse.

It really is a bad design. I dont know what Chevy was thinking.. My 2011 Malibu sunroof has leaked 4 times since I’ve had it due to disconnection. The first two times it was under warranty so I could bring it to the dealer. It was great cause they sucked out the water and dried it over a few days, but they just reconnected the hose! Which inevitably popped back out again… finally took it elsewhere the 3rd time and they used silicone caulking when reattaching it. That actually resolved the issue much better. I’m here now cause after years it’s leaking again. But I’m trying to resolve the issue on my own now. I’m hoping they are just clogged but if not, this video will help me gain access to the tubes and I’ll get some silicone caulking and reapply it.

Your co worker may of had a lug nut lock on his rims that stopped the theft Tail gates and rear lights are the newest items thieves are after as the new vehicles have the lane assistance tech in them. Some crooks look for easy unattended vehicles for a quick swipe. As for the guy in your bushes at your home, he was up to no good. He was on the prowl. If your block has a neigborhood watch I would join it.

The diesel fuel supply is low and due to be almost gone by Nov 21.(as reported by a few news outlets) This will impact truckers, railroad workers/commuters, and especially home heating systems that use it for heat /hot water. Seems like LI is in for a cold winter. NY Gov dreams of ending fossil fuel use 1 step closer, going to force the green plan on people.

Cross Bronx Expressway is a nightmare. Since you have a trunk on your bike, keep a jacket and a pair of riding jeans or Duluth Fire Hose pants in there for the cooler riding days ahead. Those roads on Southern Parkway and Sunrise are still in terrible shape, seems like little has changed from when I was doing my daily commute from Mastic Shirley to Queens and Brooklyn

A 2021 motorcycle being called a classic is odd, But your talking HD.( Hardley Developed) Harley's are crudely archaic & outdated even when new. A true classic would be a AMF- FLH but who would even want one of those bikes,, A Pan or Knuckle head is a far better choice. You can actually work on those bikes yourself..

Back in 1984 I bought a Brand new still in the crate 1981 CB650 from Honda of Mineola. Had it for 5 months before it was wrecked, I loaned it to a friend of mine and that's when I learned the hard way never lend your motorcycle to anyone, lol You brought back memories with your CB750, thank you!!

That Oakdale merge part of Sunrise Hwy heavy with traffic at rush hour normally, add in a fender bender and it's worse. Bad driver's are everywhere, it will make a good video series.
