  People should pay attention to the 360 of the tower. It has no aesthetic blend! When you look at the Eiffel Tower, you can see all around and through it, and even though people hated it at first, it classically blends with the old & new of the city. The tower doesn't

  Yep, sounds like a reasonable way of describing it. When I went on a trip to Paris with my late mother in the mid 90's the party we went there with went to the top of this thing. The view was great! That aside, what were they thinking of when they threw up this monstrosity? In amongst a sea of beautifully designed buildings it stands out like a sore thumb!

  Let's be honest, it doesn't look like your typical parliament buildings and fits better together than the Swedish parliament for example, which has this ugly mess added to it. Or even our state parliament here in Düsseldorf (which looks better from the inside though). More of a waste of taxpayers money and bad engineering I'd say.
