class vid lad, as a glaswegian myself i grew up a celtic fan with an affinity for Partick Thistle as well, i am not religious and hate that aspect of our football culture in scotland, i now as i’ve gotten older have started leaning more towards thistle due to the hatred and religious bs associated with the old firm, no one should ever be scared to walk around glasgow with their clubs colours on, people have been killed over football in glasgow and it’s pathetic tbh, i now attend Thistle games most weeks and i will always have a good opinion of celtic but i’ll never be scared to call out the dafties who ruin the football to spread hate no matter who they support, we are all scottish and need to have less hate and more respect for each other no matter what your beliefs are, Hope everyone is cheering for scotland at the euros in a few weeks 🏴🙌

my first season as a season ticket holder My uncle told me he'd bought me one on the way back from getting promoted at wembley and oddly was one of the most fun seasons supporting Derby, turning up every game knowing we were gonna get trounced but doing all we could to ease the pain Blackburn away towards the end of the season we took like 7000 fans to Ewood park and the away end was just a sea of Hawaiian shirts and beachballs

Rangers fans were on board with it until Celtic responded in kind. They seemed to assume they’d still get the full allocation at Celtic park. The original fan apparently got death threats from rangers fans after their allocation at Celtic park was cut.

Ally McCoist tells a story about MJ where kit man, Jimmy bell would leave everyone’s training gear at their room doors, but wouldn’t leave MJ’s. He had to go collect his own.

In 2008 Willie Collum referred his first derby. Kirk clubfoot throw himself into the air and into majstirovic. Collum had his back to the incident but still gave rangers the penalty as he turned and saw clubfoot fall off majstorovic.

In 2016/17 new year derby at ibrox, first half I think, Barry McKay (I think) had the ball on the left wing and fired it across the pitch. Overhit it and it went out for a throw in still about 8 foot in the air. The linesman on that side gave rangers the throw.

I don’t know if anyone else remembers this, but I’ve never forgotten it. In 1999 Celtic played rangers in the Scottish cup final. The referee was Hugh Dallas. BBC football show interviewed him in his home in the build up to the final and showed it on the morning of the final. Dallas son was filmed running about in a RANGERS kit. Not shocked he supports rangers, but incredibly silly or just plain arrogant to think it was suitable timing to wear it. Forward 20 years and that kid is a grade one referee in Scotland. Andrew Dallas. He awarded rangers FOUR penalties in one match against at Mirren before VAR came in. Two of them were outside the box and a third was a dive. The fourth was correct and rangers missed it. Rangers fans then complained they didn’t get a fifth penalty that day.

You’ve ignored the fact that Sima was offside, so yes, it was a handball, BUT, it would have been overturned. Important information.
