The Seminole didn't go on the trail of tears. If they did they were no longer considered Seminole. The name means rebel/criminal/free people depending on where you were from. Looks like the Oklahoma version had a few more cohesive traditions though. The Florida ones were more focused on independence and capability. Florida Seminole wrote off Oklahoma Seminole as slaves until they discovered they could buy cheap land there. That's just a half backwoods tradition with some Wikipedia thrown in though so take it with a grain of salt. The museums around here though are very anti Oklahoma Seminole, and many of them were created with the help of the Seminole nation. His trickle-down theory never trickled down. The idea was if you didn't tax the rich so much, they would pass their extra earnings down to their employees. Didn't happen.
