  You gonna have to use the lowest one probably like 800by600

  for normal windows and netbrowsing you can use the native resolution for your laptop with no issues. for some games you might have to lower to 800x600 or less to juice more fps. if your system is lagging with those specs with normal resolution then you might check for viruses or programs running in background because it isn't normal.
