  Fairly populated actually! Just depends on time of day, but there are definitely hundreds of players daily on several servers. It may sometimes seem like it's dying out, but a hard and hopeful truth is that the player base shifts size in waves. Sort of like a tidal waves!

  Squad was supposed to be PR 2.0 but the dev team fractured over choice of game engine and other things. Some split off to develop Squad. We still have no successor to PR. Even with its dated graphics it remains the best milsim.

  Yes it is a chance, the more you get hit the bigger the chance, so if lats hit you a lot therea a chance for them to disable your tracks(even if they shoot at your turret) or your turret ring (even if they shoot your tracks)
