  good meditation great even, minus the ad part way through, and the inhaling and exhaling suggestions being really fast. no wonder i haven't subscribed previously. Does anyone know if fitnest first middle east has meditations without ads in the middle?

  This didn’t work for me at all. Her instructions came a tad too fast (the breathing was too fast too) and I felt rushed in every guided section. It was also very flimsy with details. I could not feel how soft that cloud was at all for example, as I didn’t have proper time to even imagine the cloud, and I didn’t feel any lighter throughout the process of “letting go”. The background sound was a tad too loud at times as well. The only thing I really enjoyed was putting all my current thoughts into the basket and closing it at the start. It worked very well for me.
