(INFP) I wouldn't say I'm cute around people, when there are new people I tend to be either quiet or prickly (depends on how they've introduced themselves, I HATE noisy people), but around family I'll accept it, I'm always spacing out and stuff like that. I've debated whether I'm an INTP due to this, but I just have too high of an Fi to be one (every function test it's been my top)

It's a golden pair for a reason, but they both need to be more mature for it to work. Otherwise it's a powdered keg. I'm an INFJ magnet, and I honestly wish I wasn't. lol. Amazing people, but it took a lot of personal growth to maintain a relationship with them. They need us in SMALL doses....GENTLE prodding. You go all out, you'll burn them out, and they wont give you the courtesy of a heads up. So treat your INFJ with care, and TRY to met an ENTP halfway and communicate boundaries if you find one. They'll appreciate it.

@@NavBee It comes from a lot of trial and error. lol My mother is the most important INFJ in my life, but I have at least 4-6 more in my inner circle. Like I said, magnet. The extra 2 are new, and I'm slowly getting them to trust me.

Lol we should all not fantasise about using our MBTIs to date people that "matches" with our personality type. IMO it sounds stereotypical about the different personality types. ENTPs aren't always going to be "Let's debate." INFJs aren't always going to be kind. I think we should also just be with someone whom we feel physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually connected to. Dating someone because their personality type is somehow "preferable" for your type is never a good idea. Just because they say that these personality types are a "match-made in heaven" won't necessarily be true. Have a good day though ahahahah. - INFJ P.S. @@user-pj6vl5sj4l Back then, I thought knowing about someone's mbti would be super helpful to find my "compatiable" partner. Later on, I realised that everyone in life changes and will not always be infj, or infp, istj, etc. Our minds are now wired to think that people who are categorised in those types of MBTI groups will automatically represent those stereotypes. I know the MBTI is for fun and all, but some people literally take it so seriously and become obsessed with it ig that they depend on it

I think INTP has more Epathy than not having enough energy. I am INTP, and I have alot of energy everyday, but I don't care about most of things, and what I care about I just can't do it. So, I live in my mind. So, I am between INTJ and ENTP more than INFP.

@@NavBee the only reason I say that is because although he’s clearly an fi dom, the biggest/easiest differentiator between infps and isfps is the ni/se polr. He definitely speaks in a very clear and concise way, doesn’t trail off into different ideas. He even rejects attempts by others at making him explain things in vigorous detail or through multiple perspectives. Even though infps are also known to hesitate before they get into ideas, his speaking style is completely different. He’s a very healthy isfp for sure, but is still extremely sensitive to criticism and hides it well, refusing to explain things (also because of lack of ne) and instead finding refuge in changing his environment (auxiliary se) by finding an excuse to walk away as fast as he can. Anyone can do this, but I’ve seen him do this multiple times and I feel like he would’ve dealt with those situations differently if he were almost any other type. But I’m not that great at typing people yet so I definitely can be wrong, what websites have you seen say he’s an infp? I’ve heard some KZreadrs also say he’s an isfp but I haven’t really heard explanations, so it doesn’t seem to be agreed upon
