I ran my mint 1969 318 Valiant as the family car for 12 happy years. Did a dual fuel CNG conversion but loved the 5.2 surge and roar when I flicked the switch!

Is it legal in SA for them to have such a loud exhaust? I thought the limit was 90 dB, but their sound seems to exceed that limit.

What a cool build I love it I have a xh xr6 Ute with a manual t5 AU engine in with the 3.45.1 LSD diff I cut and tig welded the alloy sump to fit the xh el ef k frame I can’t wait to turbo my Ute love your work mate so cool to hear it dose up

BA Turbo will fit into the VF Valiant so much easier , no sump issues . Just a thought , but a sweet car and good to see you will put it back to standard in the future , well done brother . Subscribed .

Most base model normally did not have a front sway bar Cm lower control arm have the extra strength added to them 👍🏻🇦🇺us them with a CM sway bar as there the biggest 👍🏻

Yep standard trim owned many . Owned a VF Pacer in 1981 dark blue black trim had alloy spit fire 14 x7 mags and T/A tyres . Index your plugs and adjust your rockers a bit of factory thou don’t forget the two center one are not exhaust Pacer had 3.23 diffs mine had a LSD VF were the first to start running 2.92 diff in some models pacers had higher compression plus different Bob weight in the distuter

awesome vid. gonna do the clutch in my au as i need to replace the flywheel. hella usefull tip to take out the gearbox and bellhousing separately. unfortunately i dont have a lift so its gonna be a jackstand tight squeeze job😂

I did the same thing to my BF MK2 ute but I just cut one coil of the front and put 1"1/2 lowering blocks unger the axles and BOOM nailed it. Great vid cobber 👍.

How hard is the microtech to tune? How much microtech charge for the reconfigure?

Shaun from Boostworx in Adelaide tuned it easy, can’t remember what the cost was to reconfigure the ecu think it was couple hundred
