The name of the township is Iju Ajuwon and they have government infrastructures like Ajuwon modern market, Ajuwon high school, Ajuwon police station, Ajuwon primary school, Ajuwon Central mosque, Ajuwon primary health centre, Iju ajuwon Post office and so on. Ajuwon Central mosque was established in 1890. The first baale of ajuwon is jagun adeyeri Ajuwon who is the founder and also the first settler of Ajuwon, the settlement was name after him and all his descendant have been occupying the stool of baaleship since his demise. The last baale was chief akibu ajuwon. Kindly tell the world how many baales your family has produced from 1870 till date.
