Your video is very beautiful. I like it a lot. I have been trying to talk to you for a long time. I am waiting for your response. Please give me a chance to talk to you.💛💛💙
The Right sort of man series sounds great. Just borrowed from the library.
I was so surprised when I found this series earlier this year. The banter just pops. I hope you like it.
I’m excited about the readathon.
Yay! Historical mysteries are my favorite.
Good morning.
Sorry I hadn't responded right away. Hope you're having a good weekend!
Suddenly got sleepy -- thx for the replay
Sleepy is okay. Ambience is supposed to do that. Sleep is good, really, any time. :)
Lol 😂 dog collar
The Intern by Michele Campbell
I like legal thrillers done well :)
Missed scheduled time, using them now. I have several average books going. I'm flipping between them. The timer and company/chat help. NetGalley.
Thank you so much
OH! I need a audible notification!!! I missed another one 🙃Thanks for hosting Sprints, Pk!!!
I'd like to read LONG TIME GONE but I'll have to wait until the paperback is out in Nov. 🌹📚🌹
I'm liking it so far. I inhaled up to 66% last night. :)
I might be getting that book sooner than later?!
Watched the replay. Lots of war today it seems
Fantasy has become ... other than ... the epic fantasy that I grew up with and loved. Harry Potter began the revolution of getting the younger generations interested in the genre -- it's HUGE now so kudos to Rowling. But now .... I just miss reading SFF that has a quest and not SO MUCH focus on the inner feelings.
I read Locked in Pursuit and The Castleton Affair as ARCs and loved them both. Highly recommend them both.
Good to hear! So many books, so little time.
I can't wait for the Tom Selleck book!
The audiobook doesn't come out until June so I"m kinda waiting for that. Would love to hear it in his voice. :)
@@bookeemonsters-un3sw Seriously, is there any other way to consume this book??
I can't wait to read Summers at the Saint!
Mary Kay Andrews is an author to count on. So much to read, so little time. :)
@@bookeemonsters-un3sw That's definitely the truth!
Good morning PK!
Good morning to you!
Sorry I usually miss the live version. I’m just not a morning person, now that I can be. I function so much better at night. Look forward to these videos and sprints. Thank you for your dedication.
I appreciate you! See you tonight!
Very nice Video
I enjoyed the first in that Colleen Cambridge series. It was good.
PK, thank you for these lists! Also, where do you get your coffee and tea screensavers? They're so calming.
Hello! I think initially I typed "morning ambience" or "coffeeshop ambience" and then I was in that algorithm and they show up on my screen options mostly.
Looking forward to THE FINDERS KEEPERS LIBRARY. Have a Happy Weekend!🌷📚🌷
I read the ARC of What Cannot be Said. 5 stars for me.
You have good taste! Harris is one of my top 5 authors. :)
Hi PK! I don't think I'll be reading "EVERY TIME YOU HEAR THIS SONG". I read the first free chapter and I think it's going to be a coming of age book rather than a mystery about the scavenger hunt. (Kinda of a country song played out?,) 🌷📚🌷
Oh yeah, I remember that description. Well, at least you gave it a try. That's all we can do. It's good to know what's out there, check it out if it sounds interesting. If it works, fantastic! Woot! Another book/another author! If it doesn't, it's time to move on to something else. 💚
gud morning broski
I found the first 30 pages of "Weekends With You" for free and read a bit so I might put this on my list? "Every Time You Hear This Song" was listed as historical fiction queer coming of age/romance/celebration of country music/and a bit of mystery (first 30 pages you can read for free). I might look into "How To End A Love Story". These book reviews take a lot of work! LOL 🌷📚🌷
Good Lord, that book is covering every base possible. Let me know how it goes. 🤯
❤📚
So bummed missed your sprints tonight...been a crazy day here! Thank you so much for hosting!! Hope you had a peaceful and productive session!
Life happens, my friend. That's why I do three a week. :) Hope your Friday is better. 💚
I had to investigate the first book "Begin Again" when I saw paperback $39.95 wow. She is a British author living in Zimbabwe and Australia. So that might be the high cost of it being independently published? No you can get the book cheaper now from Blackwells and a $12.86 copy in May. Prices are all over the place now. (May have to check out the second book set in Ohio "Old Flames and New Fortunes") Not checking into any other books today, I can always check back later! LOL. 🌷📚🌷
Yowza. Time to work the library if one can wait for a hold to shake free. I was also interested in Husbands. Have a good one!
A Book Clubs Guide to Murder and Mayhem is 24.99 for a paperback. My eyeballs don't like the 99 cent Kindle version. So I'll wait. But you know there will be so many other books to put on my list of possibilities. Have a good week. 🌷📚🌷
I love seeing potential reads when we go through the new releases. I try to follow my go-to authors but when you discover a new one? Love it! Prices ... yeah.
HAPPY EASTER! Have a great weekend PK!🌷🐰🌷
Happy Easter to you! I hope your weekend is blessed and filled with love and good reads.
Sorry I missed you this morning. It was a full moon and it shone in my windows all night and kept me awake. I may be part werewolf--lol! Thanks for going through the new books that are being released. As always, there are some winners.
I know there's a reason if you can't be there so no problems. I know you're always there in spirit. 💚
The Mystery Writer sounds interesting. (Her book the Woman in the Library was a book that 50% liked it /50% didn't?) Two old TV shows had that theme by Steve Cavanaugh. Oh, HAPPY FIRST DAY OF SPRING!🌷🌷
I was the same way about Woman in the Library. :) Back atcha!
Didn't get to let it play while I was working because I had an appointment this morning so watching now.
On book 2 by Sherry Thomas! Thanks for the tip!
HI, I was lurking and then fell asleep and missed it all...lol...Thanks for hosting, Pk!
Not a problem! Sleep is way better. I also do sprints on Thursday evenings and Saturday afternoons. Lots of time carved out for yourself and if rest is what you need, then that's the right thing. :)
I'm on book 3 of Veronica Speedwell so the paperback will be out by the time I get to A Grave Robbery! LOL One of the first series I found and I'm really enjoying from your videos. 🍀📚🍀
Yay! I love this series. When you're done with it, if you haven't read it yet, the series by Sherry Thomas featuring Charlotte Holmes is also lovely.
😪 *PromoSM*
So many books to put on my list this week! Have a great weekend! 🍀📚🍀
Hope you're having a good weekend, too!
Had an appointment this morning so didn't get to listen while I worked. 😀
My one book today is The Partner Plot by Kristina Forest. You encouraged us to read good books. I think the mood I'm in this will be a good book?! LOL Happy Reading or crafting. 🌷📚🌷
I love that! I'm interested in Once Persuaded Twice Shy but it isn't available for a few weeks at one of my libraries, but a previous book was that is based on Jane Eyre called Jane and Edward was check out-able. I'll see how it goes. :)
@@bookeemonsters-un3sw I just checked out those 2 books. They sound interesting! (Oh my! My one book day just went to 3! LOL)
I didn't get to have it play while I worked this morning as I had a Dr.'s appt at 8:00 (just a check) so popping in now. 😀 Oh I've read the 1st two by Rosemary Shrager and enjoyed them. Hoping my library gets this one soon. A Catered Quilting Bee is supposed to come out tomorrow. I pre-ordered it so it should be on my Kindle when I wake up 😁
I love that about Kindle. Pre-orders show up on mine at 10pm the night before, being midnight EST. :)
Some time ago you had Anita Davison's Murder in the Bookshop #1 which I have not read yet. I'll put today's book Murder in the Library #2 on my list. So many books to get too! 🌷❄🌷📚
It's a good problem to have, right? :)
Hi
Hello to you!
I thought I was safe looking today because SFF are usually not my intereset. But then I saw Echoes from the Moon. I can barely remember going to a Moon Landing party?! (A senior in HS) So I'm putting this book on my list. I may have to skip you tomorrow😊! LOL. Happy Reading or Crafting!📚💕
That's fantastic. At least give it a try, right? Yeah, I thought I was safe but today with the cozies part two stuff, I was interested in about three of them. Uff da! Have a good Friday/weekend!
UT OH! I found too many books and authors today. Judith Keim has a lot of series. (I don't know about the The Lilac Inn but Desert Sage Inn and Fat Fridays sound interesting?!) Tracie O'Malley's book Starting Over Scottish I found along the way. LOL Happy Reading!📚💕
I love it when that happens!
Good morning!!
OH SO sad I missed these live...fell asleep while listening to a book, woke up and they were over...watching the play-back😁
Sleep is more important. :)
