That's going to be an insane buggy. So much power in such a light vehicle. I love it.
Did the seal hold up?
How did you power the weels to the growned like what did you put to transfer the power to the engrn to the growned
Can i pull my seal without splitting the cases its a 2015 1000s razor.
mantap bang
I'm doing a 2000 integra 1.8 in a rzr1000 chassis this is awesome guys 👍
What did you etc on the actual seal. The exterior?
So what happened did you have oil coming out or what
Is that seal still good trying to get an idea on longevity of the Warranty Killer seal. Awesome video.
So you just have to beat the piss outta it and pry it out?
What axles are you using? I'm building a k20 sand rail and trying to find decent axles
Just used rsx axles I believe
What ecu and wire harness are you using to run the engine?
How u change the gear mechanism?
Its shown somewhere in the videos, you don't have to do much other than build a bracket to clamp the cables to the front side of the trans
@@crittersncars4767 okey thanks
SKIP to the end to actually see the thing go up & down the road
The content was highly underrated, hopefully we’ll see some DAILY content soon
Not a whole information on the replacement seal that you get through Warrantykillerparts that you can use from the outside. It is a National Seal #712551.
Good to know, I dont think I'll have many problems with this one tho.
Disregard my previous part #. That didn’t fit my RZR 1000 Turbo.
I'm sorry to hear that, another bonus of the warranty killer seal is the protector ring they provide so a blown belt doesn't wreck your day
Are there any identifiable markings or numbers on the seal? Asking for a friend.
Thanks ,just the video I was looking for.....
came to see the comments and there are none but I git to say this is exactly what I plan more a dream to do with my Chevrolet spark 1 litre (indian version) . The problem is I have very basic ideas on cars mechanic work i.e replace some suspension wheels and brakes but never worked on engine and transmission internals, anyway I would like your suggestion on where can I start and basic guides and your videos are a great help and will be using them as a guide if I can start building my project. thank you
How do you make intros?
Subbed👊
was if easy to do the timing
There was no issue with timing. It was a running engine and a factory ecu so it just started up
@@crittersncars4767 Fo shizzle
was it hard changing the location of the gear shifter
Not really, a few custom pieces had to be made to mount on the transmission. Somewhere in the videos there is a scene where you see it
which engine did u use?
It's mentioned in the videos somewhere, a k20a3
but why did you mount the radiator sideways??? that i do not understand.
Basically due to lack of space to put it anywhere else and not wanting boiling coolant too close. The engine is in such an open chassis it doesn't build much heat
Hows the project goin yall? Seems like it could use some better gearing though. Its got 5 gears and you are only using 2. Maybe smaller tires, Even just throwing on some regular tires to see what it can do.
It's still alive, had to rob the vehicle speed sensor for the daily. Working on possible insurance to be able to take it out to events and not worry. Still needs a tps for vtec. We gained a new project i might record some video of
How did y’all do the wiring harness for the motor?
I Got it. Too little content on the same subject, stretching over a year. If you are not worried about being a KZread sensation and you are just doing it for fun, then disregard what I say. If you want your channel to grow, you need to go crazy and make videos almost every day. It looks like you may have figured that out. Keep going. That machine is a work of art. There is no reason you shouldn't have "Three Digit K" Subs. (Ya, I know, double Negative).
OK. I watched the last couple of minutes. Impressive. I don't know what it is. The machine is awesome. You are talking intelligently. Something is not there. You are almost one year from this being published. I don't get it.
1. You need to stop saying "Hey, KZreadrs". 2. You need to lay into the throttle ALOT more. 3. You need to gear it down or run it on asphalt. (See No.2). Other than that, nice build. Just constructive criticism. Not hating. Also, the music. Change it, Please. :-) Love the "Critter" feeding. Well, the Gecko (?). Not so much the snake. With your mechanical abilities, you should shine. Your video "architecture" needs work. I hope I have helped. I don't wish to anger anyone. I wish to see you excel. I am assuming you are in Canada. My (late) best friend was from Canada. Do research. Watch other videos. I am Sub # 38. You should have WAY more than that.
These are the comments I want! Thank you very much!
That's Bad Ass.
death machine with extremely shotty fabrication.
It's "Shoddy". But it is not.
jlucasound it’s everything you shouldn’t do when fabbing a buggy pretty much.
@@Cj-gd1db It's the square tubing, isn't it. That may be why he is "cautious" laying into it. Not rigid enough. I hear you Cj.
jlucasound not even that square I’d fine if it’s welded well and gussetted correctly.
Still hasnt broken! The only structural failures we've had so far are the rear torsion bars bending, and an h+r shock breaking.
Nice...
ur from mb too eh gonna do this with an 03' ralliart
Yes sir, 20km out of wpg. Good luck to you!
@@crittersncars4767 thanks man good job btw 👍 I live a few miles south of Winkler
Glad you’re back at it! Stoked to see this thing hit vtec!
I’m about to do this same thing except using a Toyota Celica drive line , building the tube chassis from scratch ........greetings from sask 👍🏻
Or sale me one?
Still need help with wiring please help me get my buggy running I got jdm k24 06 type s ecu n harness thanks
My man, the internet is full of answers! All that you need is a pinout of your ECU, and like 3 or 4 relays from the hardware store. Connect the sensors you need as you would in a car and use the relays to substitute the relays(main, ignition, fuel pump) that you need
Nice buggy what transmission did you use
Used the 5speed from an ep3 civic or rsx base model
Good job guys we need more videos like this can u make a video explaining the wires from ecu to buggy color what they do thanks
nice work ... i am going to build one in few weeks
You're all talk no action right.
Just stumbled on this build! We’re hoping to do the same thing but with a D16Y8. What part of Canada you from?
Hey man, thanks for checkin it out! We live just outside winnipeg manitoba.
Oh nice! Thought I recognized some of the cars on your yard. We’re from mb too. Tim’s from wpg and Matt is 40 mins south. Glad there’s someone near by who knows how to build one of these.
Nice! I'm only about 20 mins east of wpg
What tranny you have?? Cable or hydro?
