Josephine(Josie)Elara Calliope Esmeray Faylene James Raymond Ellis Crispin Wolfgang Arthur Thomas Perry Arnold Atticus Gracelyn Kelliana Danielle Luna Odin Atlas
Can you do an update for 2023 data? I did a quick skim and it looks like Isla and all its variations may have made it to the top 10.
It will be out next Monday!
I love Briar as a boys name ❤️
My nephews have a little sister GracelynnEliana Danielle and their middle little sister had a daughter recently she messed up Eliana with Kelly and her daughter's name is Kelliana Danielle after her mom and her sister I've always liked the name kallie or kasen because their mashups of mine and my husband's name also like the name Billie for a girl my name and my brother's name and I have messed up Faye and Charlene and came up with faylene
I also like valley for a girl cuz it has the same sound as Ali and it starts with a v in honor of my mom and my husband's mom and my dad's name the meaning his name is valley so I thought that was a nice tribute to him too
avalea, lillana,
Please do a part 2 to this list in the future so many pretty names❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you for this list! It's always refreshing to hear new names that are beautiful as well.
Very pretty names. Analyn, Kaylyn, Ariella.
How about the names 'Jayce and Terence' and which one would u think sounds nicer?
I prefer Jayce over Terence
You didn't mention the meaning of Nalu
It means wave or surf🌊
Melia, Olina, and Halia are my favorites on this list
Wonderful video! Specially the meanings interest me, they are so beautiful 💙🐋🏝
Thank you!
While the sound is nice, I hear the name Nevaeh made fun of A LOT. I’d personally steer away from it. I’m surprised it’s so high up in the charts.
I love Lula especially as a nickname for Tallulah. I never could get my husband on board with it.
My biggest issue with made up names is that they're typically very close in sound to existing names so there is a good chance people will easily confuse them especially since most people have never heard of them before. For example, I can definitely see people mishearing Brylie as Rylie. That and they lose that sparkle to me when they sound so close to a popular existing name (think of the Aiden, Jayden, Brayden, Hayden craze of the 2000s). Interesting list regardless. I'm curious if any of these will stand the test of time or if they will become dated to the 2020s. I will say that I do love invented literary names and would love a video on those!
I hear ya! They are typically not my style but there seem to be more and more every year

I like Zade a lot. I first heard that name from another KZreadr, lifestyle YT channel... their son is named Zade. I have a son named Zane and Zade would be a great alternative to that name if you want an even more uncommon name than Zane but like the same feel of it. Love your list.
Thank you!!
I have always said Inez as EYE-nez.
GIRLS: 1. Minnie 2. Marjorie 3. Inez (pronounced E-nez) 4. Nella 5. Ottilie 6. Junie 7. Loretta 8. Viola 9. James (unranked for girls) 10. Lula BOYS: 1. Wheeler 2. Roscoe 3. Ashby 4. Chester 5. Wallace 6. Oren 7. Buddy 8. Powell 9. Davey 10. Elwood
Hey Brenna, I know this is an older video so I thought I’d comment some more name ideas to inspire you to maybe do a part two for this. Here’s some more boys names I love connected to water: Rio, Fontaine, Lachlan, Murphy, Trent, Rivers, Alton, Ridley
I found today in a galary name of one painter 18 century Godwin, never heard!) And funny but yes, about Charlie... Just yesterday met at a playground 5 years old boy Charlie😅
I would love to see more O names for girls! I love Ottilie, but want more options. 💓
Try out this video: kzread.info/dash/bejne/hnur29aGnNe6ibA.html I have a video of names for every letter of the alphabet in a playlist. Hope that helps!
@@babynamehelp Thanks!!
I love Marjorie, but my husband wasn’t so sure. I think Jory or Rory for nicknames would be amazing. I also love Wallace with Ace as a nickname.
Cool nickname idea I hadn't thought of!
Ottilie is such a beautiful name, I can totally see it rising ❤
Loved the spinning wheel, such a cute idea ❤
Yay thanks! It was so much fun
Just stumbled on your channel and this is absolutely my sweet spot too! So many of these names already on my lists and now I have a few more to add. Might be drawn to these as my own name (Renata) is on the list- this is my first time seeing it on any list :)
I really like to watch your channel. I have a friend who is 93. She has an amazing name I had never heard before. Annvulett. She is from Kentucky
Oh how pretty! I've never heard it before
Some vintage names I can think of that are still cool are Phoebe, Ellen, Sally, Tad, Errol, Cyrus.
Have you mentioned the name Warren in any of your videos? I haven't seen it talked about much, what are your thoughts? We are debating between Warren and Harrison(Harris for short) Thank you for your videos!! 💕
I love the name Warren personally! I definitely hear Warren less often than Harrison, especially when you consider the boys named Harris or Harry that will end up sounding similar in their class/teams/etc. I like the vintage, charming feel of Warren that hasn't been popularized yet. But both are gorgeous names! You can't do wrong either way! Here are two videos where I mention Warren: Favorite W Names- kzread.info/dash/bejne/pWGfqritYrW5Zso.html Vintage Names of 1923- kzread.info/dash/bejne/Y22O16psp66enqQ.html
I like Chester, Oren, Powell, Loretta, and Viola (so close to Olivia!) If people want the Minnie nickname, they can use the longer vintage names Minerva, Minuet, or Arminnie.
I love Livia and Lucia❤
Jorah Pomona Daphne Blake and Velma Dinkley Amelia Amber Aurelia Aster Norbert and Dagett Norville(Shaggy)Rogers and Fredrick(Freddie)Jones Goldie
My Grampa was Wesley and called Wes. Such a cool vintage name. I like Jonah, Dinah, Shayla and Daven for soft names.
I’ve never considered what the ‘real’ top 20 would be when considering different spellings of the same name. Very interesting.
I always find it interesting. Can't wait to see 2023's data soon!
If I ever have girl, I’m naming her Elena! So sweet ❤
Love it!!!
I’ve actually been doing a deep dive on ancestry looking on my family tree lately and there are sooo many amazing name options on there….. both last names and first names…. Plus I’ve found I have relatives in the US so that’s kinda cool
Wow how cool! I should do that sometime too
Love Millie 😊 so delicate
Two-Ply, Sha’ving-Crème, and DrierLynnt are my favorites.
Haha I literally LOLed😂
louella, lilyana, arwen, shay
Shiloh sounds fine as a boy's name.
I like Aubrey instead of Audrey or Audra. I like Aslan & Ansel. I love the way Elina, Alina, Elena, & Alena are spelled. favorites on your list: Faye, Elena, Ansel, Cyrus, Sasha, Shiloh, Lilia, Ellis, Joel, and Wesley.
There's also the name *Auden* 💙💙💜💜 .....That's actor *Noah Wyle's* daughter's name 😁 *Noah* is my favorite boy's name largely due to *Noah Wyle' 🤗
@@sweetlife031 Auden is an adorable name , cool! Audrey is not usable for me because of a big interest and connections to Little Shop Of Horrors movies/play. Auden and Aubrey sound cute and different enough vs Audrey. otherwise, great name for someone else.
These are some of my favorites! I love Faye, Willa, Shelby, Elena, Audra, Ansel, Koa, Cyrus, Louis, and Remy. Great list! This is probably my favorite "theme."
Yay!! Glad you enjoyed
I’m really crushing on Cyrus these days and never once thought about Miley but 🤷🏻♀️
It doesn't cross my mind when I hear it either😂
Love these names. Two of my family names that are interesting are Draper and Winters.
I have a friend who has 8 siblings and they all have family surnames as first names and family names as middle names. I haven’t see. Any of your videos so i apologize if you’ve mentioned these names. My friends name is Jensen Olivia. And her siblings are Anderson Edward Ellison Rachel Miller Christopher Presley Kathryn Linsley Caroline Arden Elizabeth Brennan Gray Kendall Isabel
8?!? Oh my goodness what a list! Thanks for sharing
Ahhhh!!! I just checked on you yesterday!! I’m so glad to see you!!!
Thank you! :)
It's nice to see you posting again! No worries. We understand you have a life. The surname Holstrum would make a cool first name.
That is a very cool one! Great addition
Welcome back, Brenna! Love Arden, Hayden, Shea, Callahan, and Flynn (though I prefer all of these for boys). A few of my favorite surnames as first names are Ogden, Everett, and Ames.
Yay! You’re back!! I missed your videos. They are always so interesting and your voice is calming to listen to. Even after I ended up losing my pregnancy I still listened to your baby name help ideas because of how calming you speak
I'm so sorry for your loss. Sending you warmth and love💗
Sorry for your loss Sending love and virtual hugs 🤗
