Thought crime is a joke. Pot was in the sink and you could hear her pouring the hot water into the sink if she wanted to through hot water on him then how would pouring it down a sink help. Who's to say she was even talking to the cop when she said I rebuke you in the name of Jesus? If she had mental issues she could have been referring to the prowler that she felt existed outside around her home. Secondly this clown should have left when he was dismissed. He really had no business even coming into her home. He had already acknowledged and she said everything was ok as he was leaving. It was then when he started asking questions about a car in her driveway as he was leaving. On top it all what he said after he unnecessarily shot her down like a dog was very disturbing!
Is any of the candidates for President talking about this? What the will do to prevent anyone else from going through this? trump supports? harris supports (she a “black woman”)?

I under in America we always use the excuse "its a free country" but police should be held to a higher standard. People in those positions shouldn't be all tattoo up and have huge beards. Im not saying they shouldn't have those things but. There needs to be a standard.

Why did the cop go in the home? The officer asked her for identification and then followed her into her home. Why ? After being in the home he was condescending to the woman. They were going to do a warrant check. Other wise there was no need for her . To show her I’d. this cop murdered this woman. He was a wise ass to her when he ordered her to shut the stove off . She didn’t like to be spoken to like that and said in essence in the name of Jesus I disapprove of how you are speaking to me. Cop pulls his gun tells her he is going to shoot her in the face . She lives the pan on the counter and ducks and then gets shots in the face. He then goes out side and calls her a crazy bitch. He wanted to kill her.
The Civil Rights Lawyer slowed the video way down so that you could see what Miss Massey was doing with the pot of water. She dumped the water out into the sink & put the pot on the counter before that POS cop yelled at her that if she didn't put the pot down he was going to shoot her in the face. She only grabbed the pot off the counter after she crouched down & held it in front of herself in defense mode as protection against the POS cop. HE MURDERED A DEFENSELESS LADY IN COLD BLOOD! In order for this cop to have applied ANY of the thinking you guys discussed today he would have had to see Sonya as a human being to begin with, which he very clearly did not. His hulking shadow on the wall of her house as he approaches the front door is haunting, man is a ghoul and she felt that.

I was watching one of the psychologists here on KZread. They said some people, especially with a religious background, will say something like "I rebuke you in the name of Jesus" to the voice in their head. Insinuating that she might have heard a voice in her head and rebuked it as a coping mechanism for her mental illness. At the end of the day, though, a beautiful person was murdered by someone who seems to quite possibly be on the sociopathic spectrum. I hope Sonya gets the justice she deserves. He deserves life in prison.
Well, that is because they don't know sht. Southern churches teach you that this is how you call out the demon that you see attached to a person. Rebuking him in the name of Jesus is saying that, I see that there is something evil attached to you, and I am letting you know that I see it and I want nothing to do with it or you. Historically the demon that has ahold of the person becomes enraged because you exposed it to the human host that it kind of lives in its heart or something like that. Those words are said during exorcisms from the catholic church as well. (probably in Latin) I don't know what truth might be of these ideas, but when a demon hears those words, it is said that it gets pissed, and immediately after saying those words to them, that cop flips the fck out and threatens to shoot her fuckin face. Just as it is understood how a demonic possession would react. Crazy Stuff!,

Telling officers to fire a shot? Arm chair quarterbacks. I have no idea what this Officer actually knew or was Thinking. He was probably not involved in the planning meetings. His duty was in the community. I think his mindset was on a nuisance individual not a sniper. Since he was not involved in the detail, he may not have had a lot of experience. Small town police expected to act outside their training and experience. Does this officer have to explain his actions? Hell yes but if people would stop jumping to conclusions with out knowledge of the entire situation. Police are always judged by people who are not experiencing the split second nature. It was not his job to protect Trump. That was USSS’s responsibility. You do not fire a shot to raise an alarm, you use a radio. Quickest way to get taken out by a sniper is firing a shot. Just ask Crooks. The USSS had the planning responsibility and was responsible to have adequately briefed staff.
I think she mentioned her Bible just before he told her to get the water then he shot her when she invoked the name of Jesus. It seems possible that he wanted to create a physical threat scenario so that he can shoot her for being a spiritual threat to his demons.

Think here. When she said "rebuke in the name of Jesus Christ" that's when he flipped and went attack mode. Those are words used to protect oneself from evil spirts. Maybe she did see the presence of evil and the words brought the spirit out that he had in him. Maybe she said that because she was able to she the evil spirt in the room.
Well if you think of it,,there's been a lot of fire fighters who start huge fires so they can try and put them out, so an officer can make a seinario to get in a shooting

So they placed the pot of water in her hand by telling her to go, turn it off, then shoot her and say that she was threatening them with water Sounds mighty white to me.
These guys were in far perimeter patrol vehicles.One of them was guarding the water tower and then they were both involved in seeing crooks on the roof by the wall as they were by the water tower... Then they sped to the buildings and began investigating swiftly. Nobody was on the parking lot detail on that side

Wow! This is the first time, as a black man (70), I have heard ex- cops speak up for justice AGAINST their own colleagues. When you do this it leads to improved law enforcement. As it is said, "Bad things happen when good people remain silent.”

Ho come the previous agencies are not being held complicit, they knew, hence why the got rid of him, that this was where he was headed, they are complicit in allowing this for fear of being sued. Sounds to me that your employment law also needs amending for these types of jobs.

You’re only outraged because it was filmed yet you guys hate to be filmed by the public and hate body cameras! If they made a body camera that constantly filmed cops would go wild protesting. Yet it’s clear many cops use their cameras “judiciously” like that cop!
