Just got off a 53 min phone call to find out that ST took off the email section on the left that shows All email activity. WHY would you do this? This is one of the whole reasons to have this software!

This is a great class for the general use of inventory tracking!! I would be interested in some videos breaking down each section of IT. So many thing things effect your IT, and trips and tricks to be more successful. It’s a great feature and the more you know the more successful you will be! I wish I knew more before we turned it on!!

How does this work if our CSR teams do not fill out the jobs correctly? for example, We have a call center that answers many of our calls along with a online scheduler. It seems this program works off of tags. But if the tags are not applied it seems dispatch pro will not work. When booking many of our calls tags are not applied till after the job is reviewed by our CSRs. What happens when no tags are applied to the job?
being able to organize the forms list would be nice instead of having to use characters there as well instead of us adding zFILENAME to make sure something is at the bottom as its less frequently and characters to put the most common on top.
I can't wait to get this release! We have been anticipating sold hours on estimates for quite some time. I also love the job summary feature and configurable materials!
