  Don't buy All black. It doesn't look good in indoor. Also difficult to see time on indoor environment..

  Rolex should standardize the clasp adjustment mechanism, and for that they should just stick to the Glidelock instead of Easylink. The Glidelock system is so much better and easier to use.

  This exact Hamilton Air Race is one of my very favourite among bunch of other Hamilton, Seiko, Citizen and Victorinox watches within my set. By the way it’s calibre has not 3 but 6 years battery lifespan (approx 72 month according to ETA official pdf) and thermo compensated quarts with outstanding accuracy up to +/- 10 sec per year… Lume is more than decent, reading the time at first glance is easy under any light condition, design and overall appearance are luxurious and stylish if you appreciate pilots watches… The only complaint- stainless steel is not very tough against scratches, I don’t know what’s wrong with almost any Swiss watches in this respect, however as a matter of fact any Seiko or Cotizen stainless steel cases are much more durable and resistant to every day wear and tear

  agreed the G-Shock will take a beating and survive...problem is with many of the tests you've done you wouldn't if you were wearing it :) The Rolex your wearing would likely survive anything your would while wearing it … just saying :)

  This is completely wrong. He set the reference time to 6:00pm (18:00). It is 9:00 on a 12 hour dial, but the reference hand makes one revolution every 24 hours.

  One important additional function of the cities chapter ring which you didn't mention is checking the time of any other world time zone. To do this, align the chapter ring city with the time zone which the GMT hand has been set to. You will now be able to read the time in any time zone in the world from the 24 hour scale. Since the chapter ring doesn't move automatically, you need to align it manually whenever you want to check it.

  People don’t realise, when it’s different to its predecessors and gets discontinued in future, it shoots up in value. With Rolex, a point of difference means rarity & collectibility. This is not a popular piece, so it’s likely Rolex will stop making this and focus more on the Deep Sea genre.

  Thank you! The Oyster bracelet is iconic and one of the best watch bracelets out there. Personally I prefer the jubilee bracelet on this specific DateJust. Go with your gut feeling and get what combination you're drawn to most - you won't regret it

  Purchased the Wimbledon SS/SS 41mm in March and there is a reason this is one of the Rolex watches valued well over Retail AD price. With the steel color and grey dial it does not look too flashy for even a casual black t-shirt and obvious can pull of a dress shirt look and the neutral color makes it able to be worn with any dress clothing colors. At the price of a Rolex you want to have one that you can wear often and also holds its value. I can't pick out a better watch than this from the Rolex catalog that does this better than a Wimbledon

  Nice watch of course,but why did the always made so little part for read the time,make the watch a little unfunctoonal at my eyes,i need glass to read hour and minutes,thats not the idea for a watch so expensive...just my opinion

  When Rolex 1908 2024 new product they just copy the dial pattern by CITIZEN NK5010-51L Automatic 60 hour power reserve what a great show Rolex makes me laugh.
