Those are great looking blades. I like the handles... They're bright and easy to spot.
Very nice knife. It falls right into my recent purchases, being a 3" fixed blade. Picked up the Bark River PSK EDC in Magnacut, which is a tad more spear point than this WR M1. Also added a knock around 3" in 14C28N, the Watchman W205. Not quite the finger choil of the others, but very nice for doing the 'dirty' work I'd rather not expose the spendier knife too. Thanks, and enjoy.
Killer little blade brother!!
I may have to get this one.
69 hrc hardness..? it looks like 69 on the card..but what i know..this knives in magnacut have a hardness of 62 to 64 hrc..
63
@@JohnnyJuke okay..this makes sense..thank you for answering..
@uddos the 3 kinda looks like a 9
I’m about to send my 1974 112 in for a new blade. My brother took it from my room and broke the tip off using it. He hid it from me until I found it in his toolbox about 5 years ago! Bummed I’ll be losing my date stamped blade. It’s damaged beyond repair.
Oh man so sorry to hear that.
diesel has the most complete set tool rebar dont has scisors for example
Ta cena,v ČR stoji tak 700 Kč,to bych tam nedal za to,
Hey what daw/program do you use
Cubase then and now. Just updated. I would love to have my old 32bit VST's in the current 64bit. Groove Agent 2 is what I used on this track. 32bit unfortunately.
Awesome video! Always love the music episodes.
Got a couple good views of your bike trek. Good jam !
Nice one, buddy!
I've had mine for years and years. It's awesome. Want to get a custom version in Magnacut now that those are available!
I've done similar with my 110s and 112s, but instead of hammering, I closed the rubber safe jaws of a vice on that pivot end. Accomplished the same thing. However...it made the pivot slightly proud of the surface. I didn't peen it so eventually it returned to its previous position. What is the wood on your 110? Looks gorgeous, Johnny! THANKS for this video!!
Thats some Maple I had used on the 110.
@@JohnnyJuke Definitely too nice for edc use!!!
Great!
Thank you
Glass filled nylon grips
Picked up my 6" Luzon.. Now my daily off duty carry knife
why the hell would you cut a "log" with a multi tool blade that small?? you wouldn't.
Absolutely yes
id rather not have a sharpening choils on my knives. it catches material
I’m sticking to my Rough Ryder.
Great Video! :-) Peace, Stiletto :-)
Old video but thanks!
I got one in camo edition because the black edition was not available... I think to try to get it agaib because you gave a nice idea to how to customize it. Well done.
👍 Enjoyed your video. How would you compare the Cold Steel Bush Ranger to the Cold Steel AD10?
Hmmm...I would rely on the BR in the woods over the AD10 (Mine is hollow grind). Cant stand the AD10 pocket clip however.
@@JohnnyJuke Pocket clips belong on pens & pencils not knives, plus both knives are too large for pocket carry IMHO so I would remove the pocket clip from either knife. Why would you rely more on the Bush Ranger in the woods than the AD10? I am very interested in your comments on this consideration as “in the woods” is where the knife would be used. Just FYI, my current go-to folding knives are the Buck 110 drop point with 5160 steel and the original SOG Tomcat that I have owned since they were introduced (not sure of the steel, probably something similar to 440C given its age).
Thank you for your detailed and hands on review. I'm a left arm below elbow amputee who's recently begun carrying an MT EDC. After twenty years of one-handedness I can put the tool to use regularly and wonder why it took me so long to admit and accept this convenience. The only inconvenience with which I regularly struggle when putting the MT to use depends on how recently I cut my fingernails since opening blades and tools and even opening the pliers can potentially require thoughtful blade/tool/pliers opening techniques. That often frustrating inconvenience is solved by the poweracess's assist functionality. Thanks again.
Thanks for your comment and observations!
Any lock mode?
Not sure. Will have to investigate.
I thought I was subscribed. Interesting knife but I prefer something more useful like that Espada XL, ha. That thing has more curves than the Kardashian sisters.
Nice place. Nice video quality. Why do you baton? It's full of dead wood all around you. Why do you damage your knife by grinding the back when you can have a little piece of high carbon steel saw blade with your fire steel?
Only to show its durability. I would rather do videos without advertising a knife in the title, but then no one would watch.
I just received the Police 4 fully serrated K390 blade. LOVE it. You will love it as well! I have an early 90's aluminum handled fully serrated Police Model SS, as well as a Police 2 S.S. plain edge from about 2017. Just ordered a Police 4 plain edge K390 G-10 scales. Gosh.....I love the Police knives buddy!
That's a bulky/heavy combo there, but definitely extremely capable
I’ll do video on both of these soon
@@JohnnyJuke cool. I have the white River M1 in magnacut and am nothing but impressed
Good looking blade!
Yes it is indeed.
Another nice one, really like the Ursus Cub more. Too bad I have met (and exceeded) my agreed upon knife budget with the Mrs. I have two BGM Knives on order, and a WC Knives due to be made in October. I space these orders out so I can budget my purchases (and that works for the wife too). Thanks for sharing, I will again live vicariously through you (exit sad harmonica blues).

I realize this video is 3 years old. You might want to try using a safe-sided disc the next time you make this modification. I used them all the time in my dental practice. The safe side has no grit on one side of the disc. Face the safe side next to the brass to do half the modification. Rotate the knife (or the disc) 180 degrees to do the other half. Or keep doing it however it works best for you. Just trying to help.
I like the looks of this one. To my eye, it's part Canadian belt knife and part Nessmuk. And 100% cool😆Cheers, buddy!
I like that blade! Maybe the guard is a little too pronounced for my tastes. How dare you??!? 😂
Yes this is a nice one!
It changes everyday, sometimes it changes in a matter of hours. My current go to is the charge ti and the zt0350. But today to change it up I went with the boker ak74.
Love your first pick!
Thanks for the look at this one, buddy! Have a great weekend!

"How Dare You" show a box of knives, and tease with only one! This knife is cool looking, but my "video assessment" of the knife seems to indicate the detent might be on the weaker side, would you concur?
Haha I found the detent to be in the sweet spot.
Looks alright, a bowie/tanto blade. Info is not readily available so that's not promising. Oh well, I'm not Canadian so guess it doesnt matter, to me.
U2X steel, per internet, similiar to 440C. Good morning, JJ. Enjoy.
Thanks for the info!
Comes from the bumper of a 2001 Hyundai 😂
Hmmm... Looks a little "gas station-y" maybe? Beefy lil' guy, though. Interested to see how it might perform and hold up... Salut, Johnny!
Not a lanyard but a tassel indeed
thanks for this ... _definitely where I want to end my days!_ ^5
what is its weight?
4.34 ounces
Truly a thorough roast of a subpar finished knife.
