  Some observations: 1- The headline says "three methods", which suggests three different ways to get a pergola built. But in reality this video presents three stages of a single method to build a pergola. 2- You don´t mention a stepladder, which is quite more important than the pencil, and at least as indispensable as the wheelbarrow or the shovel. 3- Wood for the braces should be mentioned in the list of materials. 4- At least two clamps are needed. 5- In this project the rafters are simply resting on the crossbeams and are fixed just by 8 nails each. I think some sort of wooden assembly, such as lap-joints or similar should be much better. 6- No mention is made about what kind of treatment needs the wood to endure the weathering. 7- It is clear that for practical and safety reasons, this is, at least, a two-person task
