  Interested in the drawing of the numbers. "Euro-style" as I've always thought of it. Do you usually cross the 7? The 1 is quite different too.

  Good observation! I would say we usually cross the 7 when you write, but I'm sure there are people who don't do that. I can't think of another way to write 1 🤔😁

  I looked at some pictures. So you don't make a half arrow of the 1. Then you don't need to cross your seven. Otherwise they would be easily mistaken with one another. I also think the European way is better if you mix numbers in a text. Is it an I or I (1)? 😁🤔

  I was brought up with hungarian along with English here in Australia. The only problem is that my vocabulary is still stuck in the 1950s, and when I listen to hungarian, there are so manny new words I have trouble understanding.

  Then you have a pretty good foundation! 👌🙂 I recommend to watch a lot of TV series, movies, Youtibe in Hungarian. If you look through my videos, you'll find a video how to filter for Hungarian dubbed movies in Netflix.

  I use köszönöm when the passport control people give me my passport back and one of them actually said "köszi". I was shocked lol. Not just because I was fully expecting to be ignored as normal, but also because it was super informal lol.

  Köszi, hogy szóltál :) Most direkt nem csináltam, mivel angolul van és nem láttam értelmét. Ebben a videóban inkább az információt láttam lényegesnek, szóval nem csináltam magyar feliratot, főleg hogy az sok idővel jár. De a jövőben amikor magyarul beszélek mindig csinálok majd magyar feliratokat :)

  Nagyon szeretjük. Van egy házunk egy nagyon kis faluban Mecseken. A legtöbb szomszéd csak magyarul beszél. Tudok beszélni az időjárásról 😉 Tanulás minden nap. Még mindig sokat használom a Fordítót.

  I think even Hungarians pronounce 'mágia' as 'máglya' when they speak fast or not paying attention to articulation, so it is not as important as 'szar' and 'szár' 😁

  Just found your channel. I am subcribing. Make more videos with the movies please, nobody cares about the design, just record your screen with subtitles and explain the meaning of the words with some useful examples, the people want to hear the native (in that way you will obtain lots of hours of visualization and will get some money). You can see the video I did (the last one), I've just explained italian words and phrases in russian and apparently people loved it, even if the quality of image was horrible (I'm not advertising my channel of course ha). Just glad I found something similar to what I did. Thank you man. P.s. in my opinion modern movies have modern vocabulary, so they are more useful rather than old tales. Just hype with the Barbie movie or some stuff like that, if it ever has been translated into Hungarian. Hope your channel will become successful soon.

  Thank you! I recommend to write 10-15 sentences a day, maybe with words that you have learnt. You can also write about topics or questions that you are interested in. And be sure to learn grammar too.
