@@PilgrimInProgress I'm 29.5 cm. Their chart has that as 47. These are 48. I specifically wanted more room as I wear thick wool socks a lot in the winter. I've since orderd 2 more pairs (videos coming on those) that I ordered in 47. They fit true to size. So I'd say measure and use the size chart they give. They are snug putting on (slipping in) in the instep but that's mostly just my foot. Even that wears in with break-in as these aren't anymore. Hope that helps. I'd say they are kind of between a D and E in width.

She's a woman who loves different shoes and while these have been worn a number of times it is so sporadically that any differences probably won't show up on video. I know this because I took a look at hers the other day. I actually changed out my studs in the other ones the other day as I never liked them as "speed studs", they worked fine but lacing them they'd sometimes fall off if being absent minded. Just a small hassle I switched for speed loops as I'd call them. (Like speed hooks but enclosed and laces flow through them). Seems like from pictures they switched to regular speed hooks but I'm sure it is the whim of the maker. On quality... I've worn the other pair a bunch of times. I'm not an everyday wearer at all but a good amount for minimally 5-6 hours per wear. They are absolutely quality. Still continuing to mold to me in a good way. (Most you hit a wall somewhere along the line and I'm sure these will eventually but wow that leather on the midsole takes time. However they are quality enough I ordered a different pair (sort of like redwing blacksmith) from them and should be here soon. So...no regrets. Enjoy. Would love to hear how yours are.

@@argosb1543 Just got them in TODAY and they are sooooo much better than I expected! Sure the leather isn’t scented, but it’s thicker than the redwing leather. These are comfy out of the box so I hope they don’t show too much shoddiness later in the break in. They did use half the nails they should’ve in the heel stack but I can do that job myself, plus it seems they’ll hold up. If worse comes to worse, a cobbler it is. This was a phenomenal purchase. One of my favorite purchases in years. I’m just excited to go to the store in these! Well, well worth it. Thanks for the recommendation!

The purple pair (L400) or something like that style wise from them was thinner leather but I wasn't unhappy as it was still reasonable and I did order them in a wild color. Glad you like them. I wonder what their aversion to using a few more nails sometimes is. Strange quirk on the heavier ones. My suggestion is get some small nails, drive them in then use something else to punch them in just a little more than just the hammer. Save the trip to the cobbler and the wait. Also if you have the studs and want to change them it isn't hard if you buy a set and it comes with a rod that you do the rivets on a hard surface with. (Fun skills I learned repairing some other stuff of my wife's). Very cool. Glad you like them. I wish RoseAnvil would do a vid on them. The quality to price is unbeatable. Enjoy.

I'd say the overall shape of the upper is quite similar. Quality is way better though. The midsole and outsole are far better quality. I'd say higher quality than Thursday boots. This particular pair has leather that's a bit thicker than doc martins would use but not as thick as the other pair I have in a video from the same maker. Being able to resole them with a cobbler and the stitching being stronger than any offering from doc martins I'd say they're much better value too. More of a workboot than the doc's....so you won't get that squish of the gel outsole on docs. You can easily toss some insoles (I recommend super feet green as I've loved those for boots and working on concrete)....but anything would add squish. I'm actually wearing the other pair right now (these purple are my wife's) They still have held up great. Can't recommend them enough.

I'm actually loving it. We got a second for our second floor. We have that one run each weekday. The original runs every day. You have to make sure you don't have things to get stuck on of course, but it is better than my old roombas were about that. Does a great job overall. We even got one for a good freind as a wedding gift.

Like many workbook style boots that are made (redwing whites etc) there's not real much of anything arch wise. Like depending on width of foot maybe some leather will form there when shaping to your foot. My suggestion would be size accordingly to add some insoles if you need major arch support. I know I used to like it working on my feet all day but if I'm up and down more like I am now I don't need as much. Take care hope that helps.

I have 3 pairs from Al... A pair of these in a suede, custom blue and with a plain toe. Sadly I thought a size up would be good as the 8111s I got from him in 43 was very snug.. Turns out these run larger but, a fat insole and thick sock has them about right Al is awesome

Just got the T10 yesterday. Manual states to connect to your network by pushing the Reset switch which is hidden behind the vents on the side. You need a paperclip to access the space. We found the Reset switch powers off the device only. Do not do this. Press the two top buttons simultaneously to activate the WiFi search, not the Reset switch. Everything goes as described using this method. It almost was returned to Amazon due to this manual error. This is our second iLife vacuum robot. The V3 is a trooper and motivated us to get the T10.👍

Hmm I never came upon it mentioning the reset switch for wifi. I saw in initial instructions to use the two top buttons. Maybe they changed something in the instructions from when I received it. Reading your message made me think about how I first set it up and I was like "yeah definitely just the two buttons". The two t10s we have have been awesome we had a v5s, and 2 a4s then 2 different shinebots. The t10s replaced the a4s models in our home. I have to say there's been some quirks here or there but iLife has been great and we love the products.

Excellent. Frankly I haven't found boots that compare in quality for the price. They offer boots with different leathers and layers of midsole. Of course that effects price. If wearing casually and rotating them out they should last a super long time with relatively proper care.

I personally don't have any. Granted I buy my books on pc or phone (or aquire them via PC or phone) and then email them to it or just plug in usb to PC and transfer them that way. If new to kindle, seeing as though you seem to want to save money I'd suggest getting something like the new Paperwhite. The Oasis i find to be overkill for my needs. Wife has one. The new Paperwhite does inverted colors (white text black background , and had cool and warm color light. The 4th gen you need an added light like this in video. Granted I do like the physical buttons on the 4th gen. The software seems fine, I know at one point I had updated a tier update so some might not be that are second hand (and you may need to replace battery (not too hard there's videos of how to on KZread)). Bang for buck you may just want to get the new regular kindle. It's a pretty solid device for $99 (I'm sure black friday they will be cheaper). Someone new to kindle though I'd suggest the kindle Paperwhite 11th gen. Hope that helps. Thank you.

I still run a Kindle 3 (Kindle Keyboard) today and that's how I run through my books. Literally just bought the kindle 3 lighted case on ebay just now, been searching for one for ages and happened to find one today :)

It's actually a black and burgandy, however She does have a black and brown pair. Made similarly. I got it to match her favorite purse (daily driver) that I got custom made for her. You do know that these are the Vancouver boots from AE, not Higgins Mills. I should know since I have the Vancouver model. They are made with brown chromexcel leather from Horween and finished in the Dominican Republic. The Vancouver model is a cap toe model while the HM model is PTB model.

My feet without socks measures at 26.5cm (just the size 8 on the size chart), but I wear size 9 on New Balance Made in USA sneakers and size 9.5 in Nike, seller told me the size 8 should be fine but I'm having my doubts :( if you could help me with your foot measurements and what size your ordered...

I didn't, without socks I measured just under 29cm (so 28.5 or 28.75). I ordered 48 which on the chart is 30. However they are a little loose. I would say put socks on and measure then take that and use the chart. I specifically ordered them large because I'll wear thick wool socks in the winter with them and I don't like a tight boot. Width they are good to slightly wide...which again I find comfortable. I ordered regular width. I'll be making another video about them as I have figured out a better camera and microphone setup. Bang for buck you may just want to get the new regular kindle. It's a pretty solid device for $99 (I'm sure black friday they will be cheaper). Someone new to kindle though I'd suggest the kindle Paperwhite 11th gen. Hope that helps. Thank you.
@@argosb1543 if you own amazon kindle books or use kindle unlimited, you can use "manage your devices and content" to send books to your kindle still. I still run a Kindle 3 (Kindle Keyboard) today and that's how I run through my books. Literally just bought the kindle 3 lighted case on ebay just now, been searching for one for ages and happened to find one today :)

It's actually a black and burgandy, however She does have a black and brown pair. Made similarly. I got it to match her favorite purse (daily driver) that I got custom made for her. Maybe I'll do a vid on those some day. Sorry for the confusion, upgrading camera setup (from webcam filmed with this one)...so I should probably reshoot some of these. Much appreciated, take care.

You do know that these are the Vancouver boots from AE, not Higgins Mills. I should know since I have the Vancouver model. They are made with brown chromexcel leather from Horween and finished in the Dominican Republic. The Vancouver model is a cap toe model while the HM model is PTB model.

hi, nice review, did you buy your size according to the size chart? My feet without socks measures at 26.5cm (just the size 8 on the size chart), but I wear size 9 on New Balance Made in USA sneakers and size 9.5 in Nike, seller told me the size 8 should be fine but I'm having my doubts :( if you could help me with your foot measurements and what size your ordered...
I didn't, without socks I measured just under 29cm (so 28.5 or 28.75). I ordered 48 which on the chart is 30. However they are a little loose. I would say put socks on and measure then take that and use the chart. I specifically ordered them large because I'll wear thick wool socks in the winter with them and I don't like a tight boot. Width they are good to slightly wide...which again I find comfortable. I ordered regular width. I'll be making another video about them as I have figured out a better camera and microphone setup. Dave and family are great to deal with. I was shocked when I did a custom order (anniversary present for wife) of a few different custom pairs like one in Bills Colors, that I called him and it's just his cellphone...i figured it'd be phone tag like with a business. It was like buying from a family friend.
That was a really good review of the Piper Sandals. I came across them when I needed them for a Comic Con costume and found out they're more comfortable than my Chacos. Plus they handmade in San Antonio Texas by a small family run business.
