  Jb mujhe pad ka use ni pta tha tb maine sticky side ko vergina me chipka diya tha tab bohot leak hota tha pad tbse mujhe nfratt hogyi thi ye pad use krne se isliye uske baad maine kbhi pad use kiya hi ni aaj jb 10 saal baad video dekha how to use pad tb smjh aaya maine glt use kiya tha tbhi to mai comfortable ni thi pad me 😢kaash koi pehle bta deta pad use kaise kiya jata h kisi se bhi puchne se mujhe sharam aati thi isliye maine kbhi kisi se pucha bhi ni 😢 yutube ka thanks🙏❤

  Recently I purchased nua ultra safe xl+ , let's see how it's Okk, after using it I'm writing the review - it's good , with 2 wings, I only use it on my heavy flow, 2 nd day , and it's good , but you have to be careful when to change, otherwise it will leak. But far better than other companies.

  @@Dikshachopra-2w Hiii you can use period panties which is ideal for heavy flow... I've been using evereve period panties which cost one panty around 20rs which is good for heavy flow
