  The speaker foams is not foam is a cloth and silicon formed mix fabricated by hand, by a craftsman, they are looking a little strange because they seethed face to face on transport and i filmed in the same day , but they returned to normal a couple days later, and they sound amazing, if you don’t believe me check the final presentation video , i love the sound and the final result enjoy,kzread.info/dash/bejne/c3aHy6uPZazYk9I.htmlsi=KLdX-UA8wC4fGCxS

  Tha frame i used is from an old cheap panasonic boombox ,but any cheap Chinese cassette player from the 90 used 90% the same frame door ,,so , you have to find one at the recycle or flee market,,,to get for parts ,,i don't know exactly the model i used i only bought the face with the mechanics and it was very destroyed..but it had a good frame door ,, good luck with your repair

  Brute force , i don't recomand ,i was lucky not to damage them , the grils were so damaged ,,and the only way was to remove them for repair , the metal is melted in plastic from factory,, not glued, the bond is very strong ,but the factory not always get it right,,so i was lucky and i managed to remove them , good luck with your repair

  I think it was damaged in transit and had a little crack ,,,it wasn't supposed to split,,, glue it back using super glue ,,but not much so drips outside ,,

  I buy a set of belts about 40 or so and i make my repair the old one I throw away , right now I don’t have the exact measurements but when i go to the storage unit I will look for a old mechanical which has belts and i will measure them for you

  Only with brut force,. The nets are melted in the plastic , try to remove them only there is no other way to repair ,. I don't recommend ,. But not always the factory melted all the way across ,,i get lucky on this one,. Like the top side was hard to remove, good luck with your repair

  I accidentally connected a plug from a laptop into the DС in , connector. And it stopped working even from a 220 volt power cable. I disassembled it, cleaned it, and took it to repair.

  Te salut ,am si eu o problema cu deck-ul 2 ,ii dau play sa ascult caseta si o sterge in loc sa am redare audio, oare de ce ....sa blocat ceva pe stergere ,inregistrare. Iar unul din difuzoarele de bass am membrana rupta , se poate remedia .

  Nu am mai intalnit problema asta , ca sa intre in modu recording din cate stiu eu trebuie sa fie apasat recording aici e posibil swich defect ,apoi caseta sa nu aiba protectia recording rupta ,aici incearca cu o caseta care are rupta protectia ,si la final switch selector recording ,celebrele switch uri care leam curatat eu in video ,in cazu asta poate e ramas cuplat ,dar chiar daca e cuplat fara comanda de la buton nu intra in recording deci trebuie intai verificat butonu rec ,,cat despre difuzoare se pot cumpara de pe net membrane rotinde sau sant mesteri prin tara care le pot fabrica din panza,in curand ajung si eu la difuzoare si sa vedem ce a iesit ,sucess cu reparatiile ,,

  @@blingonit Multumesc mult pentru ajutor,am incercat si cu o caseta care are protectia rupta dar la fel ,nu reda audio ci doar o sterge (imprima )cu un sunet de fosnet cu toate ca nu este afisat rec pe display, normal play dar nu reda audio.Butonul rec daca ar fi blocat eu cred ca ar afisa mereu rec pe display si atunci nomal daca dau play o va sterge .La caseta cu protectia rupta daca vreau sa inregistrez de la radio si apas pe rec nu ma lasa , imi scrie error ,deci vede protectia casetei.Nu l-am demontat pina acum ca sa ajung la switch-uri pentru a le curata cum am vazut la dvs.As face o filmare cu problema aceasta dar nu stiu unde as putea lasa-o pt. dvs.Va multumesc!

  I had a sony expload with the same problem ,, some capacitor near the power amplifiers were bad , check the capacitors in that area first

  You can easily clean such boards (boards with water tight components) by putting it in soapy (degreaser) water and brush it with a toothbrush. After the bath, rinse/sprinkle it with hot water (vaporize very quickly) and use some 96% alcohol afterwards. Shake and wipe the board to be sure any water is removed. After this, the board is super clean, free of any sticky flux residue, chemicals or dust. To be sure all water is vaporized, wait a few hours or use a heat source (such as a stove). I have used this method many times with great succes.

  Hmm, water for me is bad, for small simple boards maybe this method is ok but for electronic boards with microprocessors and digital tuners the water can enter under those components and is very hard to get out and i prefer not to risk damage the bord i know is more smelly and expensive to clean using isopropilic alcohol but no residue are left in the end ,, both methods are good depending on the construction of the board and the components, thak you very much for supporting the channel ,more upgrade on panasonic coming soon,
