  In last 2/3 years heavy snow Vancouver & Victoria lol but yes majority light lang ang winter below -2/-5 Same in summer in last 2-3 nag changed din went 30-40D lalo na sa lower mainland 😊

  Congratulations on your businesses and properties however, if that's the case I advise you not to go to FOOD BANKS and promote it to well and abled permanent residents and/or international students on your channel. Food Banks are designed for POOR people who are struggling. International students should have the financial means to support themselves while studying and should not rely on FOOD BANKS.

  Ang importante po wag kakalimutan ang magpa regular annual checkup gaya ng: labtest, xray, ecg , etc. Kung maari.po kahit mag work ng mag work. Kasi nung OFW din po ako workaholic din.po ako kasi katwiran ko po kaya nasa abroad para mag work kasi habang malakas pa.po ang katwan natin, pero dapat may nakikita tayong na invest sa pinagpapaguran natin in the future gaya ng bahay sa Pinas o kahit saan ka.man nakatira. Para kung dumating ang time na di muna kayang magtrabaho may nakita ka sa pinagpaguran mo. Importante po.tlga ang checkup , relax ng konti. Kasama bonding ng pamilya , limitation po.ang mamantikang pagkain at matatamis. 😊😊 God bless po.

  pag nag expired ang PR card, it doesnt mean na mawawala rin yung pagiging PR. However, pinaka safe pa rin na magrenew ng PR card bago mag expire kasi may some cases na nake kwestion bakit d nag renew agad ng PR card. May nagvlog non before eh d ko lang maalala. Magrenew na lang before magexpire kung d pa naman mag aaply ng citizen para wala na lang pangamba.

  Medyo exaggerated ang kwento about the weather na bihira mag jacket I work here in victoria but I live in calgary nagjajacket pa rin ako dito even my coworker and also other people baka nasa loob sila ng bahay kaya nde na kailangan ng jacket 😂 peace just my thoughts

  Sanay po kame ng asawa ko sa lamig may mga araw po lang naman na sobrang lamig pero may mga live akong videos sa fb ko I'm not wearing jacket going to my car at sinabi ko naman po na just going to our car for 2 to 5 mins ok lang hoodies 😂

  I dont think mali, depends on the tolerance. Weather in Victoria is not too cold. Especially pag sanay ka na. Most of the time sweater weather lang talaga. And wind breakers.

  agreed .. wet cold ang BC fells cooler ang -2 compare -2 ng AB I lived in Alberta for few years pag balik ko BC had to adjust the wet cold. It is true light lang ang winter but it’s not true na parang summer ang winter ng BC there are times a lot of snow din even just a day or 2 days lang wala ang snow!😊

  ​​​@@notyourbestietama, napatanong nga ako sa mga Canadian kong kaibigan at coworkers ko kung nagjajacket sila all of them say they don't and most of them doesn't own one 😅 kasi ako talaga yong jacket ko 6 lang ata pang snowboarding purposes lang minsan and I own them for years na kasi few times lang nagamit kasi parang oa mag jacket lagi 😂😂 layering lang ginagawa ko, basta iwas lang mabasa kasi doon ka lalamigin

  Sa Omni news na feature sya tourist na nagpunta dyan pero di kumuha ng insurance. All of a sudden na hospital kasi end stage na pala ang kidney failure nya na ICU pa sya at nanghingi ng tulong kasi 50kcad na ang bayarin. Naka off na ang comment section kasi grabe ang heartless ng mga bashers.

  as a citizen, dapat bumoboto tayo dahil civic duty yan ng mga citizens.... kailangan mag effort tayo na kilalanin ang mga candidates and make our choice. pag di ka bumoto, wala kang karapatan mag reklamo about the politicians kasi di ka nag participate sa process.... maski nung nasa pilipinas kami, we make it a point to vote kahit na madugo ang proseso. dito madali bumoto..

  I think we need a change of govt to real parliamentary form of govt where the money and power is distributed in the current phil presidential system the money is centralized and the power is centralized kaya walang developement sa province. Dito sa amin sa australia kahit natalo sa election me suweldo pa rin as long na member NG parliament halimbawa meron prime minister katapat niya shadow prime minister meron foreign minister katapat shadow foreign minister meron ding suweldo at me overtime pa defense minister meron shadow defense minister meron ding suweldo

  yes, metro vancouver has the best weather in Canada. talagang mahal ang cost of living dito sa BC lalo na sa housing. pero as for me, i guess mas malaki ang home equity dito. like in our case naming mag-asawa, 2014 kami bumily ng bahay and at this time nag gain na kami ng equity ng at least $700k. i treat this as savings. kasi pag bumili ka ng bahay, you create an imaginary pocket. sa binabayaran mong monthly morgage, part of it goes to the interest and part of it goes to the principal as equity (your imaginary pocket). lalo na kung nasa magandang lugar ka, mabilis mag-appreciate (equity) ang bahay which goes to your imaginary pocket. kung kukwentahin ko nga, lahat ng mortgage payments plus insurances and bills associated in owning a house ay mababawi lahat kapag ibinenta namin ang bahay namin at may sobra pa. in short, parang nalibre ang pagtira namin sa bahay namin.

  Taga White Rock ako, equity ng place namin parang price na ng property when we purchased it, according to BC assessment. Pero ayaw din namin ibenta. Kasi mahal din lahat property in this area.

  For student, you will be eligible for CCB only after completion of 18 months of staying here in Canada. You will get the amount starting on your 19th month only not from the day 1 you came to Canada.

  I lived in Australia for last 20 years I saw The transition from earning 9.50 dollars an hourback in the 90s to 25 dollars an hour back in the 90s you can buy a house for 60 thousand dollars but now at 2024 all auction for a house it will cost you a million dollars depending on how close it is to the city the only good thing here is the health benefit and the study now pay later in college and the old age pension were only 26million people so kayang kaya ng govt
