In 2016 I was 25 pounds overweight and was living an unhealthy, unsustainable lifestyle. I couldn't even run 1 mile but knew there was something that I had to change.
I signed up for my first organized 5k race, then shortly after that a half marathon. Then 7 months later, I crossed the finish line in my first ever marathon. Since then I've completed 4x marathons, 2x 70.3’s, 1x full distance 140.6 IRONMAN.
I now live a happier and healthier lifestyle and hope to share my love for sport and experience to help and inspire athletes on journeys of their own to push beyond self-perceived limits. It's never too late to change your life.

Yes I like it! Different from JIF for sure but I've gotten used to it. I like putting banana and honey on it too sometimes

Look up above you pointing your chest up and pull your shoulder blades back when doing pull ups. This will better engage your lats. If you’re doing them for biceps do neutral grip chin ups.

Good for you! Many athletes who start participating in tri's were runners or bikers and they underestimate the swimming element. Breathing, technique, endurance, and yes...swimming in open water is a completely different animal versus the pool. Thank you for sharing and congratulations ⭐️🚲🏃♂️🏊♂️
