  😊⭐️Oil polling is actually not true⭐️ YES it will make your breath smell good but it does not white your teeth I asked my dentist! ❤ Just brush and floss and if u have braces brush floss use the little skinny things that are like small cu tips to get the food out of your braces.And at-least do that every time you eat a meal Tip for braces: 🌸If have any big debree or stuff in your mouth use mouth wash first it will pull all the big stuff out when u spit it out. Just swish for 20 to 15 seconds. Then brush and do this and that.🌸 Things you shouldn’t do to make your teeth whiter: 💫So you can use charcoal tooth paste but don’t use it every day because what it does is it takes the front part of the enamel on the tooth off to make the teeth look whiter. Only use at least 1 a week or 2 in a month. 💫 ❤❤❤❤❤Thank u for reading hopefully it helped! ❤❤❤❤❤

  I’m this skin tone with random darker places on my body before summer ,but when I tan my hyperpigmentation just gets even darker it never matches up it’s so annoying. My face is always darker than other parts cause I’m too insecure and cover myself. My skin is so ugly and just random cellulite, scars, dots and dark areas like my neck, elbows, lower back, between my legs, and knees. I wouldn’t dare wear backless tops either. And since I have big heavy breasts, my bras leave a weird dark mark on my shoulders. It makes me look dirty..I just wanna cry, I hate it here😢
