Kieran O'Keeffe - My Snowboard Journey

Kieran O'Keeffe - My Snowboard Journey

This Channel will be used to document "My Snowboard Journey" from a Snowboarding beginner/enthusiast to a Qualified Snowboard Instructor. Content will contain footage of my riding, funny bits, the highs, the lows, my snowboard clothing, equipment and tips and tricks that have helped me improve my riding. Hopefully by sharing this I can also improve your snowboard skills too.

My current goal is to complete and pass my CASI Level 1 & Level 2 in Canada in January 2025.

I will be riding and improving as much as I can between now and my exams. I have 3 holidays booked this season and have access to the Indoor Snow Centre at Hemel.

I can't wait to share this experience with you all.

My name is Kieran and THIS IS, MY SNOWBOARD JOURNEY !

    Most of people cant do what you do. Speed is key my friend, you need to hit theses boxes faster. It may sound crazy but it will make the slide smoother and easier and you can then start doing board slides, nose presses, tail presses, 180s out etc. Patience and practice.

  • @Paranormal3activity
    @Paranormal3activity2 ай бұрын

    @@lulunomu Not really. Number 1 rule on ski slopes: 1. Hold on to your lane / track with many people. 2. If you want to change lane / go to right part of the slope, first look back on the right side, in case someone is approaching. You don’t go in sik-sak ….like whole slope is yours. In this case, the skiier should reduce her speed (but she wanted to keep her momentum for the flat part ahead most likely). Snowboarder assumed wrongly that nobody is coming.
