  i could be mistaken but i remember the red dye merchant also being on the dlc island so red variants of certain outfits are also exclusive to the dlc (my favorite being the unburdened heart reed variant)

  Hi! Yharnam vestments is a dye for kensei armor. You have to complete bloodstained shrine on the iki island wearing kensei armor in order to unlock it
