    If I tense my abs hard enough I’m able to see lines going from them to my ribs I’m 16 trying to build an aesthetic physique and I think I’m doing a great job

    I thought you were supposed to hold it at the end of the barbell? Otherwise you can't lift properly with olympic sized plates

    I hold it at the end of the Barbell since the weights in my country are different, and 5kg / 10 pound plates are almost as big as 10 kg / 20 pounds of plates so I get a better range of motion and more lower lat. I mixed it with the Meadows row for upper back and thats basically my back routine.

    Doing 50 pushups is easier than doing 10 reps of these scapula pushups. I hear pops and cracks but its defiently helpful with scapular winging

    @@jokertv2584 i dont think so but it defiently relieves tightness i feel in my neck/trap area and it can strengthen your scapula. The problem i have is that my scapula is unbalanced and my scapula is weaker than all my other muscles since i trained all my muscles except the scapula

    @@jokertv2584 start training your whole body atleast every muscle 1 time per week or 2 times for fastest muscle growth. Look on youtube for exercise tutorials. For bigger/stronger back? Lat pulldowns/barbell rows/ dumbbell rows / tbar rows / weighted pullups/ hyperextension(strenghtens lower back stability) , dumbbell pullover etc.

    @@jokertv2584 and the winging is a problem with your scapula i have the same but its not noticable looking at my back because my muscle covers it. I went to a physiotherapist at my work and he told me its an anterior serratus problem which was weaker/imbalanced on my left scapula. I have no clue if it ever goes away

    this is more for mobility and reducing injury chance so no, not good for hypertrophy but I would highly reccomend you do these 👍

    It may appear that he hasn't done anything. But you would be sadly mistaken. Kettlebell swings are silent killer's . You get a intense workout with just a little.

    The shoulder is a complex mechanism, and you can't say that one exercise will cure it without knowing your problem.

    @Hindu Sena INDIA, This exercise ONLY trains 1 muscle that controls scapula - the Serratus Anterior. It's not gonna fix your problem just like that.

    If I let my feet go onto their sides as I push my knees towards each other, then it hurts my knees a bit. I’m guessing that’s just lack of mobility though.

    okay so like how do you find how many reps you ought to do? See I'm doing one arm at a time and even on the first set I feel it at 10 reps. So how many reps and sets should I do based off that?

    Thanks Jonathan. I like to use the pull through as an assistance exercise on deadlift/hip hinge days. B exercise if we're using 6-8 reps or as a C exercise for 10-12 reps. I also use it as a tool to teach the hip hinge pattern to new lifters.

    1) You are correct. That is 135. He also squats 225 for reps. This would be what you call a warmup set. 2) These are box squats. So yes, he's sitting every time. That's what box squats are.

    The position that you put the bar down in at the end of the lift is the position you should use when you first pick up the weight.

    Most people start to visibly improve after a month. I started doing these daily after a shoulder injury and I noticed improved posture fairly quickly.
