Hello Joe...as a long time fan and user of Wetterlings axes am I right in assuming that the the eye on this Longhunter Axe is the same size as the end of a Wetterlings Les Stroud Bushman Axe (I have one of those and the eye is quite small, more like that which would fit a hammer). I think you have a great product there, Best Wishes, WS

Joe just thought, but if you use ball bungies on the grommet, the bungy acts like a shock absorber and you can still use your toggles. I make my toggles from old fibreglass shock poles cut to short lengths. :)

Has to be my favorite coordage. You can also melt it to use as a sealer or a glue, also to add to a primitive glue mixture. Once I melted some on a hook shank and stuck the chest of a live grass hopper on it. The grass hopper stays alive on the hook that way and really attracts big fish! Should be cheating...

Heavy redundancy is the reason I stayed with my 3-day assault pack. Still haven't made a video with it but its as big as would like to go with an actual military pack. They're so overbuilt and big you don't need the largest pack made. // I think you honering your relative is a wonderful thing. Keep your nose clean. Be like him. Be better.
