After almost a year of looking, I stumbled upon Chateau Borie located in Southwestern France in May 2022 and I'm now undertaking the terrifying prospect of becoming a Chatelaine!
I would suggest that the wood of the sink cabinet is actually pitch pine. It has a very distinctive grain and was used extensively in the late 19th, early 20th century for furniture, doors, etc.

Everything coming along real nicely. Bruce and Wanda a real plus. Just one suggestion, if I may be so bold, remember when you’re taping in the bathroom to be sure the music is turned off in the bedroom. It is difficult to hear the conversation with the radio distraction. Loving your channel from PA, USA.

What did/does Bruce do to earn a crust?! I have never seen such precise organised workmanship - even the tile spacers are aligned!!! Every home needs a Bruce. The bathroom is going to look fantastic.

CHECK THE TOILET PIPE it looks like it is too close to the wall to fit the toilet. Check it before you install the tile in case you need to move the drain out. Had this happen to me before so make sure the toilet will fit the drain pipe!!

In our mountain bathroom (in Colorado) we put a GFI in so we could add heated bidet toilet seats! The tile looks really nice.
